I kept thinking maybe I should go bigger, but then there are family members that do not know. A dd will maybe look slightly bigger than my normal padded bra size, so know one will hopefully notice, if they look great without clothes then ya confidence will show more and ya partner and you will love them, also think of how great they will look in cleveridge showing tops and ya bikini. I also think that over time bigger sizes will lose their shape quicker because of ya natural skin elasticity and the implant being heavier could have more a chance of getting stretch marks. xx

Hi hun, in UK sizes you would be a 36D already. But dont get put off by your surgeon saying you need the bigger implant. I know you read a lot of stories of people going from an A to an F cup with 300cc but these people may have a 30 band size which means the breast width diameter is smaller to they need less width to their implant. Are you having high, moderate or low profile implants as this can make a differece? A low profile implant is wider with less projection and can fill out boobs that may be wider and lost volume due to breast feeding. Also the more natural breast tissue you have and especially if its lost volume, the bigger the implant seems to be needed where as someone starting with an A or AA cup seem to only need a small implant to see a big difference.

Hun, if you are not happy with the size, you should try to find out from the surgeon (through another consult) why he feels this size would be best for you. It's always worth having a few consultations with different surgeons/clinics to find out which one you feel will give you the resullt you want.

Hey Hun! I had and am having the same problem. I think in my head I had a different picture of the size I wanted oppose to the surgeon, so they are smaller then I wanted. I am still happy cuz they are bigger then before they have dropped quiete abit and this makes them appear a bit bigger to which makes me happy! I am so glad you are happy with them now!
