Sorry I need help again! Dry peeling skin!
Sorry ladies I am still not back.
I have a week to strip the wallpaper out of my bedroom, paint and get new flooring, as my new bed comes on the 7th.
My problem is my skin is falling off. All over my chest ribs and boobs.
I look like a snake .
I have been exfoliating and putting lashings of moisturizer on but so far it isn't doing much.
Has this happened to anyone else since their BA or do you think it could just be happening to me because of the dust/dirt from decorating????????????????
Sorry to bother you all when I am not really aroung but I am getting slightly worried now x
MISS YOU ALL SO MUCH XX

Re: Sorry I need help again! Dry peeling skin!
You have nothing to be apologising at all for babe, this is a support group hun, we aren't here to keep tabs on who's here or not, we're here for you ANYTIME
The skin peeling is coming from your skin relaxing now after all your swelling, you're doing the right thing in keeping them well moisturised hun, I had this down my cleavage area at around 4 months post-op but my skin stayed very raised in that area for a long time. It does settle babe and you shall shed no more LOL.
Good to see you and hope you're keeping well xx

Awww thank you Cookie.
I miss you all so much, but there just isn't enough hours in the day for me right now.
I am really good thank you hun. Bit tired but thats to be expected really. After all this hard work I will be needing my new bed lol
Right now I am sleeping on my daughter old single mattress on my bedroom floor.
Roll on the 7th (as long as I have my room ready) lol
I was beginning to think I was having some sort of reaction to hard work, dust & dirt.
My skin is flaking off like dandruff, every time I take my top off a cloud of skin flies too. It is not pleasant.
I am so glad its nothing to worry about though.
Thank you so much xxxx

It takes a week or so to start easing, it's a good sign of healing though. Means you skin is stretching and renewing itself.

Arrgh the dry skin and itching Feel for you hun. I don't have the flaky skin any more but they still itch, especially on the numb parts! How is it they are numb enough not to feel me scratching but alive enough for me to feel the persistant itch and always at night - grrrr.
Hope it settles soon xx
