So i had my consultation with the surgeon

Hey,

So i had my consultation at mya in london on thursday, I saw Dr Adamo who is lovely and really professinal and we decided on the implant size of 265 cc which was fine but then he said that they will be placed over the muscle which i was surprised about coz im a 34a and have some breast tissue but not alot! lol.

So i was wondering if anyone has had roughly around the same size implants but over the muscle?? xxx

I know roxy was an A cup and had overs hun x

I am a 34a and am going through MYA in July, Mr S has suggested 470cc overs and I too am a little worried because I have little breast tissue. I would make another app to see Mr Adamo and talk to him about it, but im sure he has lots of experience and knows what hes talking about hun either way its better to be 100% sure and put your mind at rest (think I am going to have to make another app to see my surgeon as I am fretting about the size) Good luck hun xxx

I had 260cc overs and was a 32a v small b dependant on the bra. PM me if you want to see pics to get an idea if you want. I'd breastfed twice though and Im no spring chicken like alot of the lovely girls here so my skin was already stretched Ew sounds horrid when I type that!

I had unders. Are you unsure about placement? perhaps if you read up on the pros and cons of both it may help. Also a further discussion with your P.S. may make you feel more at ease with the whole process. Soo much to think about, I think when we gain the knowledge from others here it certainly helps to make you feel more in control of what is going on throughout the process. All the best.

I had mr Adamo and 265 cc, and I was a very small A too but he suggested overs to me as well, so trust his judgement hun... he won't let you down and will end up doing what's best for you... for instance in my case, when he went to place the implants in he realised they were too rounded at the top and so he did put the top edge of the implant under the muscle and I ended up getting a kind of partial unders (even though not like most girls who have the whole top part of the implant under the muscle, only the very edge is under in my case, which means they are basically like overs but they have a gentler curve on top). What I am trying to say is that in my experience he is the kind of surgeon that looks for the small details and does a bespoke job for you up to the finishing touches so I wouldn't worry.
