those with partials!! Empty those with partials!!

hey girls, i was wondering, those of you who have partials, what kind of volume do your boobs have on the upper pole of your breasts??! I had partials five weeks ago, tomorrow.
I really wanto have a full breast all over and particuarly the upper pole.

I'm very early on ( 2 weeks tomorrow) but my surgeon said that partial unders is the best way to get volume on top. He said the muscle pushes the implant up on top. When I told him that was the look I wanted, he didn't think twice about doing partial unders. I have read from others that once you drop and fluff, then you will get your desired look.

How does doing it partial work? I don't understand how the implant would be placed .
