Hi Bev, we dont actually post our photos onto the site as it is a good thing to keep them protected. You can place an avatar pic on the site this is done within the profile tab at the top of the page. For creating a photo album most people use picture trail to create an account and then when they are willing to share with a particuar person you give them the album password. There is a guide that gives you more information and should be enough to help you through [Only admins are allowed to see this link]
