Post op check and questions
Ok ladies at 10.30am I'm having my post op check with Sir John Davison (who by the way I can highly recommend so far, I could not have wished for better care).
I'm a bit biffuzled at the moment and not sure what, if anything I should be asking.
One thing that's on my mind is size. What after all of this I don't really get the look I wanted. I know you girls have been really lovely about my pics etc and wow they look so natural and stuff already, BUT size wise I don't feel that they are any different to my other ones. I know I'm early days etc and I hope the fluff fairies visit in the future but what IF I just stay like this? I had shown Sir John pics of the look I hoped to achieve this time and the pics were of quite full boobs all a DD and he ordered in the size implants to give me that look. He ordered in 325 cc and 345cc and he used the 345cc on the day. So in 6 months / year what happens if they still are a C cup? Is it just a case of Tough booby Yetti???

Re: Post op check and questions
'IF' you are very unhappy with your size, a re-op would be totally dependant on your surgeons decision on whether or not he feels your concerns are reasonable enough for you to have to put your body through another surgical procedure.
When you go for your post-op, although you know you're early days, any concerns you have, no matter how small you think they might be now, you should put to your surgeon and ensure that what you say, no matter how nice your surgeon might be, is WRITTEN in your notes.
Your notes are what will be referred back to later 'IF' you did approach him after your recovery wanting a re-op and things that were 'said' can be easily forgotten, so be sure you have everything put in writing.
I haven't seen your pics sweetheart, but everything you're experiencing so far is normal hun, you still as you know have a very long way to go with so many changes ahead, mention it to your surgeon, but then go home and put it out of your mind and enjoy the rest whilst you can hun, very soon it'll be back to the old grindstone of everyday life xx

Thanks Cookie
I've pm'd you my details and would appreciate any input you have. They actually look good for being one week post op although I know he was concerned about my implants moving sideways into my side (hence the sheep outfit) and they do feel quite swollen in that area so hopefully he will be able to confirm if it worked today :-)
As always perfect advice and I thank you xxx

Re: Post op check and questions
I wondered why you PM'd me your details! I went into panic mode thinking "Has this lady just thought I've randomly asked her to show me her baps"! haha!
I did take a look hun. The CC was very visible Pre-Op wasn't it, you poor thing
Have to say I think you look ALOT bigger myself in your Post-Op pics, the side boobage you're concerned about will probably have been caused by the distortion of the breast that the CC did to you, my breast distorted too babe. It WILL settle down now and as a new capsule is formed, you'll have a great pair of boobs I think, given your probablems though, I wouldn't mess around trying wired bras on or anything, you really want those implants to adhere to the pocket so stabilty of the implant is going to be the best thing for that, hence why your surgeon wrapped you like a mummy LOL.
You look great babe and I'm sure you're gonna love your new boobs. xx

Re: Post op check and questions
Oh the size issue! If only there was a magic mirror we could use to see what size we'd end up, it would be soooo much easier!
Basically, like Cooks said, make sure you have everything you're concerned about written down in your notes. This ensures you're concerns are noted and in the event of asking for a re-op (if that's what you want) then you have it in writing.
As for size, I haven't seen pics, but at 8 days post op they're still going to be sitting high and slightly squashed, you'll find in the next week, 2 weeks, month, six months they change and settle more. It's pretty likely the surgeon would have you wait even if you're unhappy with the size anyway.
All the best lovely x

Thanks Roxychick xxxxx
I had to laugh...I was in the waiting are for Mr Davisons surgery and he came out, put his hands on his hips, looked at me and said "so what's this about a sheep?"

Do you think he's been reading your posts
Hope everything went well at your check-up hun, as for the boob greed, I'd be very surprised if they didn't end up bigger after they've settled. xx

Re: Post op check and questions
God I hope not!!!! No I may have mentioned it in the email to his secretary: here is my email to her
I’m sorry to bother you. I’ve just foolishly been to the hospital as I had it in my head that my follow up appointment with Mr Davison was today. The receptionist told me it’s not until Friday and like a complete cry baby I broke down crying. The reason being that I have followed Mr Davison’s instructions on wearing this boob tube sheep filled tight top and I have been counting down the hours to having it removed as it’s so uncomfortable and smelly and I really need to take it off.
Can you check with Mr Davison if it would be ok for me to take it off now?
Also if I am allowed to take it off am I allowed to shower yet as I still have sticky tape stuff on my from the drains (the nurse couldn’t get it off for fear of disturbing the sheep that is wrapped around my chest.
