Hi Cookie, thanks, that really helps! But is this the case, do you think, with the furry brazilians (silimed) as they are noted to specifically not drop?

Having read further into this babe, th furry implants will be stable after positioning and therefore not drop as the fur acts as a velcro to the breast, however you'll still have all the swelling and possibly strange shaped boobs immediately after surgery and after skin/muscles relax, you will still fluff just as any other implant would. xx
