are there any side effects of arnica???? Empty are there any side effects of arnica????

i am having my BA next week yipee and was going to start taking my arnica tomorrow and i was wondering if there are any side effects from arnica? i am at work all day and don't really want to take the arnica if there is, as i work with children and don't fancy being ill all day sick xxx

As far as I am aware there are no known side effects hun, its one of those things that you have nothing to lose if you try it, some find it works and others don't but you should be fine taking it hun xx

Hi,

When i took it i seemed to experience headaches! I actually only took it for 5 days before the op and didnt touch it again becasue i didnt want any headaches on top of the aches and pains from the BA.
Saying that i didnt suffer from any brusing afterwards other than actually around the scar.

I am going to start taking it today when I get home because I forgot to takt it to work with me. I hope I don't get headaches I hate them lol xx
