Re: wondering
For how long has your surgeon advised you to wear a sportsbra sweetness?
I had to wear mine for 3 months, that was based on MY healing, you'll read so much conflicting advice with some ladies not havng to wear a sportsbra at all to having to wear one for 2/4/6/12 weeks!
Follow the instructions YOU'VE been given by your surgeon hun, afterall, you paid a heck of lot of money for their advice! xx

Re: wondering
Massage isn't necessary at all with the new textured implants used today, if you're breasts are still sat quite high, you're still quite early in your recovery and they still have time to drop naturally, I had one drop at about 3 weeks post-op and had to walk around with wonky boobs till 12 weeks post-op when the other dropped.
In saying that though, it was pretty obvious at 6 weeks my rightie was much higher than it should be and although massage isn't necessary, in 'some' cases it's needed and that's ONLY for early signs of CC or if your surgeon feels you have a stubborn boobie that needs some encouragement to drop which mine did.
As you seem so unsure of your post-op care I'd make an appointment to speak with your surgeon hunni so they can just go through things with you and if they are still quite high, just have a little check for you to ensure all id healing how it should. xx

Hey hun, cookie has given you the best advice. Sports bras eh, pain in the butt, but worth it in the end. Not too long to wait now though

Re: wondering
OH at the moment I can only dream of a sports bra..I won't moan when I put on my sports bra, I will just be relieved to get rid of the dead sheep that' currently wrapped around my chest! (long story).
