Recommendations to replace my macom bra at night
Hi Girls,
I am 10 weeks po from an uplift with 390 unders. I still wear my Macom bra at night as I find it comfier than going without anything :boobstick: but wondered if any of you had any suggestions to replace it. I don't fancy wearing a full on sports bra and wondered if any of you had found anything really comfy for nightime wear? Thanks for reading and any advice offered xx

Hey hun. I'm still in my sports bra so can't advise on personal experience but my best friend wears the sports vests with built in support and she says it helps her feel supported without feeling suffocated like a sports bra does xxx

She said the most comfy ones she has are m & s ones. But she also said h & m and most womens shops do them and that they are all much the same :good:
I think ones from spots shops will be a bit restricting to sleep in (I have a high impact sports bra and its makes my boobs really ache anything more than a few hours) xxxxx

if you dont want to wear a sports bra but still want some support i would recommend a soft crop top style bra like this here:

Or as lola suggested secret support tops that you can get from M&S could be good.
