night out without macom??
Hey girls just a little question about the support bras..i have a night out planned next sat n I will be 3wks 4days post op do you think it would be ok going without my macom bra that night or do I really need to keep it on?
Im just not too sure if I will end up sore without it or if it would cause any damage not wearing it for like 9hrs say?

Re: night out without macom??
I do think you need to wear your Macom 24/7 for the 6 weeks recommended! I'm not sure if other members disagree with me but if something happens your aftercare will be void... Also we have been told to wear them for a reason so after paying so much money I don't want to risk it lol... So I would say no keep it on( I think you will find yourself uncomfortable without it) but that's just my advice xx

Re: night out without macom??
If you've been told to wear a support bra 24/7 for 6/12 weeks the the advise should be adhered to Hun, you don't want to compromise your healing let alone your aftercare validation if something was to go wrong.
9 hours also is a very long time , it's just not worth it hun.
There's lots of dresses and tops at the moment that'll cover a sports bra x then once healed and you get the go ahead for wires Or braless then show them off on a night out! X

Re: night out without macom??
Ye that's what I thought as well just thought I would double check..need to go shopping and see what I can find to wear over my macom then coz all my dresses etc are mostly strapless.
Thought it would be too long as well coz even when I am getting ready after a shower etc my boobs start aching sometimes if im without my macom for half an hr xx

Re: night out without macom??
Its just not worth the risk Susan.
You've waited and waited for those boobs
You've saved and saved for those boobs
You've put yourself through majorly surgery for those boobs
And now comes the hard part - the recovery! What happens now is up to you hun. You can either follow instruction and get the very best result possible knowing you did the very best possible to achieve it... Or, you can ignore your surgeon, risk the possibility of putting back your recovery, or worse and suffer a complication and then to find that because you didnt listen to your surgeons instruction hun... Your aftercare could then become void.
Is it really worth it for one night out when its not long now before you get to enjoy them fully 'all the time'? Xx
