BOOKED MY OP YESTERDAY :)

hi everyone :) went to see ms barbara lutz yesterday and booked my op for the 11th may in london with transform.so exited!she told me that because my breast tissue is so small she can only put a 230cc in me and i might fit in a c cup.i dont even fit in an a cup now just about.but she said if i go any bigger because i havent got enough breast tissue they will look fake.as u will be able to see and feel the implants.and she is putting mine under the muscle so she said it will take me longer to heal.but she said i can go bigger if i want.has anyone else not fitted in a a cup and had an implant bigger then 230cc?thing is she tried getting me to have a 190cc because she said it would be better.because with the 230cc i could get rippling.but i thought theres no point in that because i would just be a b cup then.how is it having it put under the muscle aswell?my p.a is linsey and shes lovely.thanks everyone x x x

Congrats on booking. I was a flat AA and got 275, any bigger i was at risk of rippling/bottoming out, i would follow your surgeons asvice as they are the experts and everyones bodies are different xxx

i just wanna say without dis respecting u or nothing i know sumone a girl who had no breast tissue at all none what so ever but she didnt wanna look small so she begged her surgeon to give her 380 and hers with unders well i can tell you she dsnt look one bit fake and she had no breast tissue hers look agumented but natural i sumtimes thinks its the surgeons who like small boobs if u wanna go bigger hun i cant see u looking like u got 2 balls stuck to ur chest u would have to go real massive to be like that my friend is on facebook who had 380 and on sofemine she was like u couldnt fill a bra now she is dd/e cup with 380

yes hers dont look nothing like victoria beckham i think u could ask for abit bigger so at least u look a c not worth paying all that money to look a b a c is a good size

Nat everyone is different and on this site i dont like promoting the 'go bigger' thing because its not for everyone. I went with 275s after pushing my surgeon for bigger (he said 240s) because of girls on forums saying go bigger, i do have regrets, some people just want to look natural. For someone with no breast tissue 350s is a big implant.
I would listen to your surgeons advice

i wasnt promting go bigger i was just saying it can be done as my friend had 380 with no breast tissue and honestly they look like roxys just agumented not like victoria beckhams i wish just thinking of her my friend had 380 nad had no breast tissue

Of course it can be done hun but that doesnt mean it should, if her surgeon is suggesting 230s she must be quite slim and theres a big difference between 230s and 380s, and she might get alot of ripples if she goes that much bigger, plus everyone ends up with different results even with the same implant. I would say just follow surgeons advice and if you want quite full boobs ask your ps whats the biggest i could go without risking complications x

It really depends on the surgeon, I had a consultation with B.Lutz and she said the same to me that I could have 190 or max 230, so maybe she prefers smaller or just thinks it's safer. I then went to see mr Adamo who is not a fan of massive boobs, just in proportion, and he said 240 or 265. I went for the 265 which I don't regret. To be honest, there isn't that much difference between 230 and 265, so the 2 surgeons didn't suggest something that far away from each other, but that made me think that Ms Lutz maybe tends to aim a little smaller because that's her style... so in general I would follow your surgeon's advice, but if you did want to go not massively bigger but just a notch bigger, I don't think the risks of rippling would be a lot more. And she did say you can if you want so discuss it with her. You can go and see her again or talk on the phone. Then just think about it and be sure that you have considered all the pros and the cons before deciding!

I would def listen to the surgeons advice, They know excactly what they are doing, so going from nothing to a C cup is very impressive I think :) Also a C cup is a very good size :)

I was a C-cup before my children, and loved my boobs, I had no desire what-so-ever to go bigger, Until of course after my children I was left with a deflated B cup lol, I only got 335's just wanted to be full and perkt again, and I am very happy with my surgeons decision :)

Congratulations on booking!!! If you have doubts perhaps another consultation would be beneficial for you, maybe with a different surgeon. Everyone is different, just like surgeons, and it is a life changing decision that you need to understand and feel comfortable with. As the others have said we all get different results and we have different needs too. The p.s. is the one to be guided by and you need to be sure you have made the best choice for you. Good luck

What I meant is that 2 different surgeons suggested different sizes to me and obviously in both consultations I had the same stats as I was the same person! So my point was that different surgeons may have a different opinion of what suits your frame. I thought it may have been relevant because Ms Luts suggested to me the same sizes as mxbabe, but another surgeon suggested different sizes (even though the suggestions weren't miles off, it's not like one suggested 200 cc and the other 400), and so it goes to show that it does depend on the surgeon's preferences... but ultimately the person having the operation can still choose differently...

I get what you mean now MM, i saw two different surgeons who suggested different sizes too, it makes it even more confusing, i guess Lutz just has fave sizes, like SW seems to like 265s too! x

Congrats on booking :) , like some of the girls have said your PS is best trained to advise you, although if it puts your mind at rest you could always go for another consultation elsewhere just to get a second opinion. I had two consults and both PS's said the same size so that put my mind at rest and I'm happy with my choice of implant I'm going to have now xx

Congrats hun, ive had 250 but over the muscle i wasnt completly flat but only a small a cup and im now wearing a c and hoping when they settle i will get my d cup so you should achive a C with that size.

Hiya, I am having my op in 10 days time and I decided at my pre -op meeting to go for 265cc and then everyone said go bigger and I did the rice thing (put 265 ml of rice in a stocking - tie it up and then put in sports bra and then I put the 300 ml in and there seemed little difference) and so the secretary has got me the 300 as well but after all the reading I am doing I think I will go back to the 265 which is a full B and small C as I want natural looking. I am 51, 34aaaa flat (but wear chicken fillets) and definately don't want to be a full c which I think i will be with 300c - so am dreading phoning the sec back and saying I am going back to the 265 ?!! but I have pratically no skin at all so think I will stick to 265cc under - hard decision but try what i did which is what the sec said i should try - keep in touch ( I am 120lbs and 5'6" and size 10) Good luck
