Haha! Wow we were all so close! We could of all had a right good natter! Haha.

Nurse and med man (can't remember what his actual job role was) said its find just wrap a towel round my boobs and my mum hosed me down with the shower! Didn't wash my hair! Just stood there and showered below the boobs!

I'm struggling with this no arm use thing! I mean how non use does this mean?
He told me nothing heavier than a laptop??xxx

Well he told me off when I just pointed at my boobs !! He said "Don't do this!! Elbows at sides for 10 days!! Not out to side and not above head!! NO lifting!!" It's really, really hard though..................I just caught myself about to reach for a glass from the cupboard and have resorted to using one of little un's plastic cups from the bottom cupboard...........O the shame hahahaha!!

I think I recall pushing and pulling around the table thingy on wheels that they set your food on last night, whoooooops x

Haha don't worry kay I'm using my nephews plastic toy story cup as its light! And the only straws we have are willy hen night ones which my mum finds hilarious!!!! My dad not so much- he's off to asda to get some new ones soon! Haha! Xxx

I just found an ice pack in the freezer and put it across the top of my boobies xx Luuuuuuuuurrrvely xx

I can't wait to put an ice pack under my arm pit! There so itchy and my strapping comes right up half way on my armpit!!! Its driving me mad!xxxx

Wow we were all really close, shame we weren't so spaced out we could of had our cuppas together, Haha funny usage of cups, I have a plain bottle of water I also have everything to hand but its very hard not to move your arms from your side, I am moving mine more forwards if that makes sense :). I had to put padding on my band as it was digging into my arms much better now.

I just had the longest snooze ever now I can't move haha, anyone having back issues, mine is killing me from lying down so much. My boobs are really itchy today grrrrrr frustrating....

I kept moving the tray as well woooppss the hardest thing is shuffling off the sofa and not putting your arms down to push yourself up lol

I still keep forgetting about my arms sharonk and I was just messing about with little un and skipped three steps (I was imitating how he runs sometimes, cos he was taking the mick out of me) As I finished I thought, what are you doing you idiot!!!! lol xx

I've been using my arms to push myself up.... I thought as they were by my side it would be okay haha xx When I try to pick things up I look a right fool!!

My mum has just rubbed cocoa butter all over my legs. LUSH!!!! Feels so good

I've only had about half hour nap today! I'm trying not to sleep in the day.

I feel ok today. Am worried about tomoz as mums at work so dads in charge and I'm having an issue pulling my kaks up after a wee. Bless dad. I'm sure he'll be unfazed as he lives with 3 females. But I don't want him to fel awkward but then on the other hand I don't wanna do myself a mischief!

Transform clinic phoned me earlier to make sure I was ok. I don't have a strap I have tape- its like rubbery duct tape! Haha! I think its gonna be quite painful to have it off.... Not looking forward to that!
Does anyone elses armpits really hurt? My hands are really swollen too! Just had a peek and my nipples are scarily HUGE! I hope they shrink! I'm all nipple! Haha.

Sharon the nurse said to me yday when I tried getting off the bed "why aren't u using ur arms" so I'm been using mine to sort of help me shuffle off. Xxx

That's the stuff I mean LB the foam strapping tape xx I had it last time too xx It's awful coming off xx Not good xx this time he has done it right up into my arm pits and it keeps rubbing and the ends are starting to peel up xx

My armpits hurt where the tape is and I have just found the biggest bruise at the top of my left arm......... it's two inches long and an inch wide.....???

I can;t even see my nipples :tears: hope they're still there somewhere xx

I have a bruise on top left arm by my arm pit crease a few little ones. Look like finger print marks! Yep sounds like were taped up the same! I'd be ok if it weren't on my arm pits. That's making me itchy!! Xxx

That's what I have it looks like a finger mark.......? How weird is that??? My bruise is huge like one big finger mark.....OOO er???

Maybe that's where he was holding... Mine have gone now! Good old arnica got rid of them within a day!!

Girlies I know this is grose but I'm very excited.... I had a number 2 last nigt! Wahooooo so no bloated tummy for me! Good old apricots every hour! They work every time! That's what I was dreading the most about my BA journey! As. That would of made me really uncomfy and grumpy! I'm not taking my paik killers today- just calpol as there making me feel really dopey and I don't wanna go on a downer when I finish them! So unless I'm in excruciating pain.... Calpol it is... Omg can't believe I'm on day 3. (I'm counting tuesday as day one seeing as I was out of theatre by 10am) xxxx

Perhaps I should of got some Arnica...Mine is still really purple :(

Oh well done lola and kay, I'm still to go feeling really bloated and very uncomfortable this morning, I have no bruising which is great I took arnica straight away, I'm still in pain though I don't want to take the pain killers as all I want to do is sleep, but I'm still in lots of pain, I have more movement in my arms today yay something positive :(

Unders are bit more painful from what I've gathered xx I would take the pain killers if you need them hun xx You can wean yourself off them soon as your body and muscles start to recover xx

I can't cope without them haha, too much of a wimp. My bf is going out to get me lots of fruit so hopefully things will start to move soon.

Its quite funny I can be watching tv/chatting the next thing I'm sound asleep great company :-)

Muscle are definately repairing as I can move my arms a little more :-) but I know I need to take it easy. I just get bored of sitting down watching daytime tv, esp when the sun is shinning.

I really want to sit outside but I'm terrified my hayfever will start(sods law) and ill sneeze and my implant will fly out hahahaha imagine! My dads in charge of me today and bless him he's being so lovely! But its not the same as having your mummy round!!!!

True mummy's are not aloud to be ill, so not lookin forward to my babies faces when I have my BA they will be ermm hold on a sec dont sit down, get up and make me my food woman lol.
