Haha fun times :). I saw an awesome hammock in a catalogue this morning pitty I haven't got a garden lol. Start at 9am boohoo not so bad only got 2 days then off for 2 days then back again haha joys of my job :). Just don't want a ton of issue to have to deal with :(

Oooh I might pop into m&s on wed on my day off woopwoop :) although I am only meant to wear a sports bra for 4 weeks so I only got 2 weeks left hmmmmm dilema,

Shooting pains in my boobs today ouch :( think they maybe moving downwards yay can you believe its been nearly 2 weeks

Ahhh thats good that M&S offer that.....wish they had said to me...oh well......just bought a lovely Elle Macphearson bra from house of Fraser today, It was in the sale and thought sod it....I was going to wait, but couldn't resist.
I'm going to phone Transform Reading tomorrow to see if I can get seen earlier than Mon 11th, as that would be going on for 2 weeks with this wrapping on.....the edges are starting to curl now lol....god knows what it will be like in 2 weeks.

I think the girls snipped their edges of there wrapping hun which helped them, I don't have that pleasure mine is a chest band elasticated which is a pain one more week to wear it yay then 2 more weeks of sports bra. Ssjj I use the reading transform as well what a small world lol, I'm back on thursday for my 2nd check up :) hopefully she'll tell me I can shower everyday woo

SSJJ me and kay both trimmed ours. Mine rubbed badly on my armpits so I had to trim it! Was sore and driving me mad!

Work was not too much of a big deal, we were quiet so most customers were happy although our cd player had broken so no music soooo very strange with no music :( staff were very supoortive to the fact I can only carry one plate haha useless...

My bloody ops manager was calling me every 30 minutes driving me insane lol and I have the lovley pleasure of him tomorrow afternoon fabulous :)

Euiw kay 4.30 that's sooooo early yuk I would be in bed now :) at least your days are nice and quiet, I'm guessing one more day without a shower isn't really going to make much difference :). I hopefully get my stitches snipped on thursday yay and only another 6 days of my chest band I will be able to wear nicer clothes yay.

Sharon, are you seeing the nurse Christina (I think thats her name) at Reading? I phoned today to see if they could see me sooner and was told Mr Khan wants the wrap to stay on for at least 10 days....they can't see me until Monday 11th April to have the wrap removed...oh well....1 week to go.
Hope you survived your day at work Lola on not a lot of sleepies....you should zonk out when your head hits the pillow tonight.
My cold has really come out today, so will bang back some Nightnurse before bed to help me sleep :)

Your a lot more active than me I didn't move out of the flat for 9 days lol. Nothing worse than having a cold with sore boobs really hurts when you cough :( get lots of rest hun you body needs to repair..

Hello kay, yuk that's so early I think that's the time I get up to go for my night wee haahaa eyes half open seems very dark :). One more day to go for u woohoo nice 4 days off. I'm off tomorrow and thursday yay, I have my check up on thursday, need to ask about my stitches as I can't really see what is happening with them as I can't really see haha. Only 5 more days of the chest band and 2 weeks (hopefully) of the sports bram

I drove to work today was okay, but hurt when I changed gear I could just feel my muscles moving felt weird :(.

Hope everyone is okay and work hasn't been too stresfull for everyone. We passed our 'pasta graduation' day today lol and my new boss is actually quite nice :). Very straight talking and honest just what I like lol.

I'm off back to Fulham clinic tomoz as my right incision looks a bit odd. I think its me being paranoid as I've had a few ciggys and started driving so think I'm telling myself I've done wrong! Silly me! But hey better safe than sorry!

The days seem to fly by when not at work....don't know what I have done today really! Back to work tomorrow for me...
My cold is in full bloom....coughing and sneezing (whilst holding my boobs.....scared they may pop lol) More nightnurse I think tonight.
When did you girls start lying flat in bed? Its my 1 week anniversary today and can't remember if, after 1 week, you can lay flat in bed? Or is it 2 weeks?
I trimmed back the wrap last night, but it seems to be coming apart from my skin on my left side, felt an air blow lol...hopefully it is the wrap and not my boob! Stiches are stinging now too...can't wait to be normal again :))))
LB - Hope your cold doesn't come out properly - have a good nights sleep and lots of Vitamins....Sharon hope you have a lovely couple of days off now - nice lay in tomorrow for you.
Kay - just focus on the end of the day tomorrow - then bliss for 4 days wooooop!!!!

'Pasta graduation' lol is when we have a back of house trainer from head office come in and test our head chef and chefs to see if they can cook our new pasta dishes, then the best ones get put into a competition, they then design there own pasta dish if they win overall they go to Italy along with GM from the restaurant wooo, no pressure for my chef I wanna go Italy lol.

I still can't lay flat still slightly propped up doesn't feel quite right atm for me, just a bit uncomfortable :( you will know when its the right time hun

Ssjj- I'm sleeping flat and on my side. I laid flat from day 8ish and on my side about day 10 I think . If its comfy go for it! I got to the point where I was so tired that I had to lay flat to finally get some sleep!

Argh this cold is a bit*h!!!! And I think my hayfever has started too :-( I'm stocking up on the fruit and veg big time! This needs to go away before the weekend!!!

Hello ladies,

Reveal all good, my stitches were dissolve haha I'm such a loser, its just dried blood yuk, my dressing are finally off and my scars can dry and heal now yay my body is a little slow repairing. Still only allowed to shower every other day (which sucks esp in this weather and when I have done a 12hr shift), I'm healing really well still a little bit of swelling according to the nurse but I don't feel swollen. I'm meeting the surgeon tomorrow as my next appointment with him would of been the 9th may and that's too far away so got one with him tomoz :).

I'm now off to london bridge for an interview even though I love my job the pay is pants and I haven't had a pay rise in 2 years and I have turnt the restaurant around, and when I asked I got told no pay rises till July so this is my little security blanket (if I'm successful lol) to use as a bargaining tool, knowing my luck it will back fire haha (just frustrating as everyone in my site has had pay rise to keep them)

SSJJ I've been waking up flat and a little on my side xx I asked my nurse today, she said if you are hurting yourself or in an uncomfortable position you will wake up anyway xx It's normally propped up for 14 days to help reduce the swelling xx after that it's were you feel comfy xx

LB sorry you feeling ropey still xx get well soon xx Hopefully it will be clearing up for the weekend xx It's supposed to be warmer at the weekend xx

So all my dressings are finally gone AND I'm now allowed to shower!!!!!!!!!! which is great xx

My nurse made me look today hahaha xx I didn't spend too long looking as obviously I still have a long way to go and the incisions still look messy xx but they look better than before xx more in proportion, as long as they don't drop too much further I will be a happy bunny xx I can't see that they should as my implants were already settled so they shouldn't really have anywhere to drop or settle I think

My areola are smaller which is nice as they were a bit on the big side before and I have sensation in both nipples xx which is nice haha xx The areola are a bit odd in shape in places so when I was done I went and got some steri strips and I have strategically placed them to shape the areola a bit more, something I didn't do last time, so thought I would give it a go this time xx

Other than that I am just gonna leave well alone and let them heal xx My lovely nurse has asked me to go back in 2 weeks though just to make sure all is well xx bless her xx

I went and got 2 support bras from M&S and went for the 34F as they seemed the most comfy and best fitted xx

So there we are xx no piccies up just yet as the incisions are still a bit scary looking xx looking forward to the next few weeks healing and getting back to normal xx

It does feel really nice xx I still have some gauze tucked in my bra just to protect the scars and he scabby bits but all the tape is gone which is bliss xx
