hi all, I am pre op.
basically I am super paranoid about the silicone implnats I have been offered (nagor) rupturing at some point. The thought of living with this constant worry after having a Ba is enought to put me off the idea altogether. I have looked into FDA approved implants and it seems only allergan and mentor are aprroved?? do uk PS use saline filled implants, as I feel this may be a better option for me. Any thoughts or feedback very welcome.xx
