I've been crying I'm so fed up!

Sorry to be a pain but I'm so fed up and in so much pain. Codomol not touching it. I have a sharp pain in my lower left boob. My other half has had to go out for the day, I'm scared somethings gone wrong with my ba. Probably hasn't I'm probably being too paranoid and reading too much negative stuff. Just want to feel a bit better. Sorry for moaning but I didn't know I would be this depressed

It's prob either your incisions or your nerves knitting back together, or you've been overdoing it hun. Just rest plenty.
I went to the doctor and got some Tramadol, just to help with the pain. I found Day 3-4 the hardest, but there is light on the other side, I promise! Sending you big hugs

Very true day 5 was a big improvement for me from then on it just gets better & better x

I think the boobie blues have hit you. It is horrible to feel so depressed. You will feel better in a few days though.

I think the boobie blues have set in hun, they hit me big time and I was even wishing I'd not had my op I felt that down. I would try and get something stronger for the pain if you're finding it that painful hun, keeping on top of your meds is really important. It will get better though, just try and take it easy. xx

Thanks you're all right. Its very real and horrible to go through. I told my other half this morning that having my boobss done was the worst decision I have ever made! Pity party or what? Thing is there is only me at this party x

Awww hunni, as the others have said, definately the bobbie blues 
Try using ice packs (they can be bags of frozen rice or peas) to help ease the pain as well as your pain killers. This feeling does pass sweetness and we're all here to help you get through it. xx

Ice packs worked a treat for me! Numb them boobs and you feel nothing! Much better than pain relief.
Honestly Hun, what you are feeling is perfectly normal and a knock on effect of the GA, give it a day or two and you will feel much better, promise!

day 3 was my worst day the burning was horrendous and i didnt know what to do with myself,things got better from then on.

sampowell don't worry hun just listen to the girls above I haven't had mine done yet but the advise they are giving out sounds reasurring giving you a big hug now

Awhh hun its horrible isn't it? I can't imagine how painful it is with unders, i was in lots of pain and i had overs. Don't worry though, i was feeling the same, its horrible not being able to sleep properly and constantly in pain isn't it? It gets better with each day though, i find going for a little walk helps. It gets rid of the fed up feeling and makes you nice and tired so you can sleep properly! xxx

Ohhhh big hugs hun you'll start to feel better with each and everyday that passes. I was in pain after my first BA and thought "what the hell have I done" but once the pain subsided it's all worth it xxxx
