I just re-read my aftercare sheet as Iam sooo stiff and uncomfortable. At the bottom of the sheet it says don't forget to laugh it boosts the immune system! Bloody hell if I laugh at the minute I think I would explode lol. There I laughed. Hope everyone healing well xx this site has been my lifeline. Thanks ladies Heart

I love sneezing usually but every time I do I feel like I have popped a stitch! I'm so glad they are coming out tomorrow!
