What? From Droopy 34E To 34G!
Hi Everyone, So i'm 17days Post Op, please tell me my boobies are going to swell down. I was curious to know what size i might be, Then i went to get measured at Debenhams & Ann Summers. I was shocked when they said right now i'm size 34G. Most of the swelling has gone down they have drooped & feel soft. My Question is are they going to go down .
I had 385cc Round High Profiles, I'm worried now. I didn't want them that big:growl: . Thank you for your advice xx.

They're not going to go smaller sweetheart.
I'm sorry if that's not what you wanted to read but I have to be honest with you lovely.
I really wouldn't focus on some though babe. Did you like your boobs before you got them fitted?
The 'look' of your boobs really is what's most important hun, so if they look good, size really doesn't matter does it? Xx

Oh Nooo! I didn't like them before i got them fitted they looked huge. That's why i wanted to put my mind at rest. When my boyfriend said they look Big i thought he was joking. Now he calls them Bombs lol, I've started a low Carbs Diet maybe they will shrink. I don't know.

Implants dont shrink hun. They'll probably drop babe if they're still sat high and will go on to look more natural... But, I will have to tell you that if they haven't dropped yet and still need time to drop and settle, its possible that they may measure bigger.
This is called 'fluffing' when bombs drop and settle. Fluffing doesn't happen for everyone, but I know of only two women who it hasn't happened to.
I feel bad saying this if you're not happy to have a large bust, but I can't be anything other than honest with you babe.
Forgetting your boyfriend for a moment... Do YOU like your boobs? Xx

Re: What? From Droopy 34E To 34G!
I think forget about the size you measure ... the media is useless at correctly talking about bra sizes and it makes a lot of women feel un confident if they want to have bigger boobs then the 'DD' everyone talks about... So what if your a G cup... like cookie said if YOU like your boobs forget about size, its all about look :)
And again they will continue to look more natural xx

Sorry to hear you arent happy.
Can I just ask Cookie, how is it people who have the same start size and same size/type of implant can have such a different end result? I am having 525cc ex.high profile rounds and at the moment am an empty 30b. I only want a DD but after reading posts on here am a bit concerened I will end up HUGE!

Its all about our anatomy babe and we each have one that is unique to us all. You may find this thread [You must be registered and logged in to see this link.] helps you better understand babe.2522laura wrote:Sorry to hear you arent happy.

Go back and see your surgeon babe and have a more indepth chat about your sizing. As suggested in the link above, taking pictures in with you will help so much more in conveying to your surgeon exactly the 'look' you're hoping to achieve rather than trying to explain size.I am having 525cc ex.high profile rounds and at the moment am an empty 30b. This thread [You must be registered and logged in to see this link.] might help also. Xx

Re: What? From Droopy 34E To 34G!
Hi Laura I had that worry to (im having 460 overs) but you have to take into account like cookie said that we all are unique and the fact that it depends on so many factors like height and weight.
For example im 5'9 which will mean they wouldn't look as big as they would on someone who was 5'0. Also im a size 12 so again they will look (I hope) more natural that they would on someone who was a size 6 because of the different proportions, that's why petite ladies don't need as many cc's to gain a great size xx

I am petite. 5ft 1 and a size 8. I did have up to 32FF naturally before I got pregnant so they should look ok if they do come out bigger. I had picture taken with the sizers on and they looked fine. Wont let me post a picture on here though?? xx

Oh gosh I'm meant to be having 390cc overs and I was worried I won't get the dd/e cup I'm hoping for . I'm only a size 6 and 5ft 4 but would rather feel too big than too small . I am going back to ask for a plan for a bigger implant but reading this is making me think again . G is very large but like others have said do you like how they look and the shape . Did you go under or overs ? X

Mine measure an F and one of my new bikinis is a G...no way on earth do they look anything like what i (or many others) would think of when we hear the word G cup. Don't worry about the 'sizing' just enjoy them.

Thank you all, I will give them more time to get used them. But right now i'm so self conscious, They look noticeably huge to be honest. I do like the look of them. It's just the size is so obvious. Hopefully after 6Weeks i will love them. I'm wishing if i had gone for 365cc. x

Re: What? From Droopy 34E To 34G!
You're right to give yourself time babe. Its a big adjustment to get used to because its not just your boobs that change shape, its your figure overall and its learning to make the most of your new boobs that will help along the way and this does take time, like learning which bras you'll find you like to get the best shape for you, whether that be a balcony, a T-shirt, a plunge or a push up? Then you go on to how to dress your new boobs, will a fitted style look better? I think if you're looking to make them look smaller this will be best for you, floaty tops and baggy things will just make them look bigger. V necks rather than round will help. Its the little things that matter hun and you will learn what will work best for you and the new body shape you have
Re: What? From Droopy 34E To 34G!
I think it's right what the other girls said, I'm worried I won't measure big enough...but if they look good for me, and feel good, and I can dress them better that I can now, then what does it matter what actual size they are.
To suddenly have a big pair of breasts is probably a bit of a shock, but you will learn all over again what works best for you clothes wise, what does and doesn't make you feel comfortable, what flatters your new shape and what doesn't...Just give yourself time, and try to focus on how they look to you not other people.
Hope you feel better after reading everyone's replies and that you feel happier in the next few weeks, they still have time to change (not necessarily smaller, but the shape and positioning can make such a visual difference) so keep that in mind
Xxx
