I think they are perfectly normal, they just have settling to do..I have looked at a lot of pics and I think when they settle they are going to look wonderful..I really dont think you have anything to worry about. They are a good size BTW!!
And as for the scar on the side, you wont be able to see it once your healed..but I can see how your frustrated that they didn't listen to you :(

Thanks for sharing your pics. I think they just need to settle a little more, they look like a great size and already through just 2 1/2 weeks the changes are amazing. They will settle and I think your scar doesn't look bad at all and you won't even notice it once you are healed (although I can imagine why you are angry if you specified you didn't want it there). Keep us updated but I really wouldn't worry too much, they just need to settle into their new home :-)
