???Confused???

I want to go pretty big. My last BA I had 375cc and I am a small C that I am not happy with. I want to be a large D small DD I am thinking about 550cc what do you think? 5'7 124lbs. nursed 3 kids one with my implants. I am also concerned because I have read posts on other sights that going bigger is bad and they will look unatural ( which I realyy don's care) and they will sag more in the future???

What back size are you? i dont think its true they look unatural bigger if they suit your frame then i think they can look very natural :)
How were your implants after u breastfed btw? Iv not had any children but probably will in the future so am curious xxx

I am a 34C and they did sag a little after I breast fed not too much though. It actually made them look more natural! I would do it again if I had the choice, well worth it for my babies!

they say every 150 cc takes you up a cup size so i think 550 sounds right and would make you a small DD. Are you having over the muscle or under? they say overs sag a little more than unders as the muscle isnt covering for that extra bit of support. But if your having a whole new op i wouldnt worry about them sagging anytime soon 550 isnt an OVERLY huge implant, i think if they are kept well supported you will be fine xxxxxxxx

littlewisher, what measurements are your now 32e, im in canada, starting with 32b, and getting 400cc unders,,just wondering if mine might turn out similar to yours... thanks,

I am having them under the muscle like last time. I hope they don't sag this time...! I like your size littlewisher im how many cc's do you think I would need to achieve your results?

Kaboobie - mine are 400 cc unders (also anatomicals) i dont know if the sizes are the same in canada though, i think your results should be similar to mine if we have the same starting size :)

Cas - i think 550 sounds like a really good size too me especially as you started out bigger than me you will probably have skin to fill & from breastfeeding etc, also you are one back size bigger than me which means your 550 cc's will be spread out more so suit your frame xxxxxxx

littlewisher - trying to get this right, you started out as a 32B and had 400cc unders and you are a 32E? Do you go by the same sizes as the USA a,b,c,d,dd,e,f ? Sorry I just really lke your size and it's so hard to determin what I will be as I am having a removal and replacement. I started off at a 34A 5 years ago. :) thanks so much!!!!!!

Vas, if u google bra size converter it will give u a link to a website that has a converting chart, ive found it very helpful! But I do know that a UK size E equals a US size DD if that's any help.. I am currently a deflated b after 3 pregnancys ( that took me to not so pretty DD) and my PS said that for my measurements and body type I should go with 600cc. I almost freaked out cuz it sounded like alot but the assistant nurse that was helping me dueling my consultation just had her BA 2 weeks ago and she had gotten 600cc as well and she looked great! I am 5'5 and around 130-140lbs right now if that helps at all?

Aimeencb - Congrats and good luck on your BA, after I had my first two babies I went from a 34B to a deflated A they were so ugly I couldnt even take my bra off for my husband at the time. So what size did the doc. think you would be after all is said and done and are you going under or over the muscle. The more I read I think I am just going to go with the 600cc i am scheduled for the 550 but why not up it the 50cc's hell I dont want to have to do this again. Not sure if you read, but this will be my second BA. Thats a lot of money in six years!

Cas, thks and congrats to u to!! I am going with silicon gel unders and my PS said that it should take me up to a full D or DD. I got to try on gel sizers one was 550cc which was a little too small and I think if I went with that size I would regret not getting bigger, and I tried on a 650cc and it was just a bit big so I decided to go with the PS and get the 600cc. I would like to get 625cc but the PS said for my frame to just stick with the 600cc. I think it's just me having boob greed lol. So I agree with u, u don't want to go thru this again and not be completely happy! I have the ounches in rice to try at home to see what u like best but I can't find the paper that the nurse assistant wrote it on but once I find it I will PM you the info. I am currently between 130-140lbs and losing weight and I am 5'5 if that helps at all. Good luck on your big day! :cheerlead:

I choose 490 cc's in saline, and I liked how it looked when I tried them on so I am hoping they look okay when they are real. lol. for my breast width I chose the bigger size they said would be ideal. I know some girls at my school who did like 375 cc's saline, and when I told them I was doing 490 they were like OMG your going to look crazy blah blah blah,but when i tried on the ones at the pre op- i didnt think they looked bad at all.

now im worried, my ps didnt even let me try on sizers, he told me to go home and do it myself and call back and 400cc. :oS

I am from the states and I wanted a more natural size not the big huge pamala Anderson boobs so my PS did my measurements and he Said either 550cc or 600cc i was shocked to hear him recommend 600cc because i though that was huge but after I tried on both 550cc and 650cc sizers I was sure that I wanted at least the 600! Like I said nefore I am 5'5 and between 130-140lbs and plan on losing 15-20lbs so with that said plus my previous three pregnancies I would look ideal in 600ccs. Hope that helps u ladies! see my PS didnt do any sizers, nothing, so now im freaking out bc my surgery is in 8 days... why didnt he do anything with me ??? no pre-op, i dnt see him after my initial consult until my surgery date????

Wow Ka, that sounds a little sketchy to me but then again not all places are the same so I dnt want to scare u! Did u look online at reviews on your PS? And also maybe you can call them and just ask why he didn't give you the option! Sorry I can't be more help, but if I were you I would deffinently give them a call to clear any worries that you may have! xxxx

Hey ladies..

I dont know if this helps but I had 620 cc as overs which were nagor impleos implants for my second ba. That has taken me from a 34 d to a 34 f. Its still early days so I could go bigger after the fluffing fairy visits...

My first ba was 356 cc pip implants as overs three years ago. That took me from a 34 a to a 34 d but with about a stone extra in weight gain ie I was 9 stone at the time of my first op and a size 8/10. I am now over 10 stone and a size 10/12. I am 5ft 5in in height.

If they start to sag in a few years I will just have bigger implants put in to deal with it ie 700 or 800 ccs...

I am 42 and have done all my child rearing/breast feeding so am not so worried about how I look...

But you do have to take the size into consideration and all the associated risks with them ie larger implants.. I have just gone with what suits me really at the end of the day..

I love my PS he did an amazing job last time, but he is very conservative, he doesnt even like to use high pofile implants. I must say you couls never tell I have had a BA. For some woman this is fine, but to be honest I don't care if I look like I have had one. I don't want to loook like a porn star but I want to keep people guessing! lol What I am trying to say is for[u] KABOOBIE make sure this is what you want and not what your PS has chosen for you. You look like you have more breast tissue than I did, I was a 34A I had 360cc and 380cc saline moderate profiles under the muscle and it brought me to a small 34C my best guess you would be a large C small D. What size do you want to be? AIMEENCB - I have decided to go with the 600cc's this time. What size did your PS think you would be after???? Mine said I would be a large D with 550's so I think I am just going to go the extra 50cc's - what the hell...lol!

Thank you for that, I am like you and dont mind them looking like i had them done, i like the look of nice big round boobs up where i think they belong lol. I am currently 32B (empty c, I was a d when i was breastfeeding, they were huge lol) ~ I told me PS receptionist im concerned and she assured me he is putting the max he thinks he can fit in the pockets of my chest because i dont have a wide frame. He also knows i like the big round look and said yes im correct by wanting high profile. Long story sry, anyways they are going to order me 425 and 450 to have on hand incase i can talk him into putting them a bit bigger once he gets in surgery if he finds that he really couldve let me go that extra 25 or 50cc. (it is only 2tablespoons each more,, squish em in lol) Cas, do you have pics from before and after your first ba and when are you going for you next?

Cas, my PS said that I would be a full D maybe a small DD! Which is exactly what I asked for but once I tried on the 650cc sizers I started to second guess my decision and think that maybe I wanted a little bigger..
I am like you and don't want extremely big Ta-Tas but I want a size that I won't regret because I didn't get bigger. I guess at this point I will be going with the 600cc like my PS recommended. I've been googling before and after pictures of women with 600cc that are around my body size and the looks differ so I guess I will have to wait and see.. oh and 50cc won't make a difference in cup size so yes I would go with the 600cc also ( well I am) lol my PS gave me the choice of 550cc as well and of course I wanted the bigger of the two. But to make a difference in cup size I think you would need to go up somewhere between 150cc or 250cc I'm not for sure tho.
