I have to admit I am super worried that after my BA and mastopexy that I am going to have HUGE NIPPLES!?! I really don't want that to happen, I've seen some boobies that the nipples darn near take over the whole boob. hissy has anyone has this worry- some advice plz ladies!! Boobs

Sorry, I can't really say as my nipples remained about the same size, but I only had a straightforward BA.
However, if you are very concerned about this (which it would appear you are as otherwise you wouldn't have posted), I would suggest that you speak to your surgeon about this as they can reduce the length of them apparently during surgery.
Alternatively (or as well) speak to one of our specialist surgeons in their little corner [You must be registered and logged in to see this link.].

Mine are bigger after my nipple lift which I hate. Its been addressd at next op! x

When I went in for my pre-op this morning they said that I wouldn't have a problem, *wipes away sweat* thank goodness. Im sorry jay- what are you going to tell them at your postop?

When I go for my breast lift plus aug I'm getting areola reduction because I think mine are already too big... I'm sure your surgeon could do that too?
