Bought my first post op bra yesterday!!
I got all excited cos I may be able to get a loan for the whole amount from a friend (still got to meet up, discuss details, and draw up a contract so its all above board etc) but when I was out in town yesterday I bought one of asda's post op bras!!! And I'm all excited now!!!
Although couldnt find the zip up bras in Marks and Spencer that some of you girls were talking about So I'm gonna have to have a look online for bras too

Re: Bought my first post op bra yesterday!!
Shaydey it is a specific post op bra!!! I was amazed when I saw it!!! £6, so not gonna break the bank, and for something to wear while my main one is in the wash I figured I couldnt go wrong!!
Alfie I am really excited now!!!! Only last week it looked like it was gonna take us at least a year, more likely 2, to save the money. But now I could have the money in a couple of weeks so could have my op by easter (in theory!!). And that has got me so excited it's unreal!

Carol - he is charging me interest, but then I will be taking 2 years to pay him back!! But yes, he is a good friend.
Shaydey - I bought the same back size as I am now (some girls buy one back size bigger too to allow for swelling) and the cup size that I am aiming for. I can always take it back if it is too big/small and change it for right size as long as I leave tags etc on it xxx

Well it is a bit higher than I would have liked (35%), but he has been very good loaning it to me when I wouldn't have gotten a loan elsewhere due to rubbish credit rating. And I will be paying him back at just £150 a month until I've paid it all back, which is affordable for me and hubby.
I'm so excited now! Want to move my consultation forward but cant cos I have to keep 1 day per weekend free for visiting my parents and I dont drive or have childcare so wont be able to do a consultation during the week unless it is in the evening after hubby is home from work!! ARRGGHHH I just want to get things moving!!!
