Pictures of my asymmetry correction before & after

Hi girls :)

I am now 25 days post op and feel confident enough to share my pictures with anyone who'd like to see. As I had very asymmetric breasts to begin with (one was tuburous), you can see my healing process is slightly different to others I have seen. This is due to starting with two totally different shapes & sizes. My PS always told me I'd never be perfectly symmetrical, but they should look as similar as possible once settled.

I'd appreciate feedback as I swing from loving them to hating them! The photos make the difference look more than it looks in the mirror...but I have been assured that is normal!

I was helped so much by others being kind enough to share their pictures so if I would like to be able to do the same. You can see my areola incisions too which are amazing after only 3 weeks!

They look fabulous Emma, i cant believe how good your nipples look afte only 3 weeks, and when the higher side drops, they are going to be magnificent

I agree with abbie!!! I can't believe how well your incision has healed so quickly, the difference is minimal already, and they look fantastic on you!

Congratulations hun, you should be really pleased with them!!!

Thanks girls. I have been driving myself so mad about them it's nice to hear other people think they look better :)

Abbie - I'm glad you can see how amazing the scars are. Hope it makes you feel happier about him doing the uplift now.

Thanks for letting me look Emma. I think they look amazing and I know it sounds a cliche but they really look sooooo natural. The nipples are great and healing really well....you do have nice nipples!!
Yes they are not perfectly symmetrical, but that is too be expected especially at this early stage. I think your surgeon has done a brilliant job and you should be really happy with them...what a difference...you look gorgeous!! Congratulations hun you have had a fantastic result and they will only get better! xxx

He is a specialist in reconstruction which is why after being recommended him I knew he would do a great job. I have to keep looking at the awful before pictures to remind myself of what I had! xxx

Emma they look fabulous hun, they've changed so much already in such a short space of time. They look so natural too and a great size for you.

Can I ask with the nipple incision, do they cut all around the nipple or is it just where you can see the scab.

The incision is all the way around...isn't it amazing? He reduced the size on the right one which is why there is slightly more scabbing.

Please may I take a peak, I too had assymetric boobs, and I can confirm that the difference definately looks worse in pics!! To start with mine was very different and was beginning to worry, now although they are not perfect they are much much better x

Wow! I don't know how to say this without being rude - but what an improvement! Your PS has definitely done a great job! They have a great shape to them already and look loads bigger than mine, even though we had the same implant size (on your right)!

Wow hun, how much have they changed in such a short space of time. They are looking great. You must be very happy, your surgeon has done a great job.
They really taped you up after they op didn't they, did it itch?

Heh yup the strapping was awful - after 2-3 days I had a rash up my sides from the sticky, and as I sweated under it, it would come away from the skin and then itch like hell! But my surgeon doesn't believe in tight support bras and I think that's why he prefers strapping.

I am happy with them, how couldn't I be compared to what I started with...but I keep noticing the difference in them everytime I look in the mirror. Once they're more even I'll be happier ;) they also photograph looking bigger than they look to me in the mirror!! Boobie greed has set in

You have loads of changes yet hun, wont be long now until you can put them in nice bras which will make a difference.
Aww you poor thing that strapping would have done my head in. It's all worth it though in the end though.

What an improvement, I understand how your feeling post-op (cause I feel the same) one minute you love them next minute you think could they be better, well I promise you they are absolutly FAB!!!! and the best bit is...they will only get better yahoo
