Bra size panic!!!!!
Girls i know your all probably sick of me now, but one more question!!!!!
I originally was going for something like a DD so this is the size sports bra i bought, now after talking to you all i'm probably going to go the biggest i can, i have no clue what size this will make me and no time to see my PS before op now!!!!
How can i work out what size sports bra to buy? Macom ones are any cup size and i have that but they are 40 quid and i can't afford loads of them for when they are being washed!!!!
xxxxxx

Re: Bra size panic!!!!!
Try looking on ebay or frums hn. I bought two macom bras off girls on another forum. Got them for £15 each so saved a bit. I couldn't afford full price either hun, but at least with 2, that's enough to make sure one's always clean, and when I have an idea of size I can pick up some cheaper ones x

Re: Bra size panic!!!!!
if you have no idea, it's probably best to get a few cheap bras from Asda etc, you always need more than one as you have to live in them 24/7 for 6 weeks. Was the biggest you could have 460cc?
I'd get an E, F, FF in your band size and a band size bigger (for swelling).

Re: Bra size panic!!!!!
No asda dont do the front fastening. But all you have to do is do the back fastening bra up in front of you and then twist it round. You might swell around your ribs so you could increase a band size or two but only for a little while 4 - 6 weeks at most.
Re: Bra size panic!!!!!
That's ok jojo!!!
Ok misf1 i didn't even think about that!!! I'll make sure i get a couple bigger band.
Someone mentioned back fastening ones are uncomfy to lay on at night?

Re: Bra size panic!!!!!
Not at all, I only meaure a 29 under bust, technically should have been ok with a small, but got a medium and large, tried them on and they fit fine. If anything, I'm finding it hard to see they're actually gonna stretch that far!! And the girls who had them before me had bigger ccs than me, one 40cc and one 100cc. A girl advised she had the same under bust measurement and said after the op she needed the large due to all the swelling and I think they'll both be fine. I can't mention the name of the site cos it deletes it when I write it on here but it's the other popular one. When is your ba? I'll be done with mine in just over 7 weeks if that helps, will prob sell them on xx

Re: Bra size panic!!!!!
I am having the same problem! I still dont really know what size sports bras to buy! I've been told by my PC at Transform not to buy any bras which fasten at the front (Macom) but I think I might just ignore her and get one anyway as they seem like the safest bet because you dont have to guess your size.
I have brought a lovely sports bra from Debenhams (Gorgeous) in a 34DD but I am thinking to take it back as it might be too small. I think I need a 34E now. x

Re: Bra size panic!!!!!
Hi Jolene. She said that it was because they reckon the bras which fasten at the back offer better support for the first few weeks. She said I could start using a front fastening bra but only after a few weeks when my boobs have settled in to place a bit more.
Who are you having your BA with?
I think I'm going to pop to Asda tonight as it seem like everyone likes their post op bras. I was advised to buy a 34DD and a 34E. The one I brought fr Debenhams is lovely but it looks really small for a 34DD. Do you know if the sports bras come up a little smaller to offer more support maybe? xx
