I know it happens to us all whether we're augmented or not, but is there any advice for avoiding it?
Is it simply a case of supporting the weight most of the time?

Yep Hun there is nothing you can do to stop them sagging but wearing a well fitted bra & support them as for as much time as you can will slow the effect of sagging down shrug

gravity catches up to us all in time.........

As crystal has said there is no such thing as avoiding sagging, same with wrinkles, age always catches up with us one day. Best thing you can do is eat healthy, keep your skin healthy and wear a supportive bra

The FIRST Rule of Nature : GRAVITY ALWAYS WINS. With time everything sags; faces, breasts, bottomss etc. Things tend to sag faster when they are heavier AND lack support.

Which is a real bum deal as far as I'm concerned because I can't wear a bra in bed any longer (it's so uncomfortable) and I tend to laze in the evenings braless too.....god help me!! x
