Back home with boobs!

Hi girls - well - I did it!! Im nowback home with boobs. I had to stay o/n in the end as I was quite sick afer anaesthetic so got back hm ths mrng around 11am. Now in bed snoozing - bit sore - with a bruised ribs feeling more than anything.

Boobs are amazing - v pointy at the mo as I expected from what you have all said - my sis said I look like the fembots off autstin powers film who shoot bullets out of nipples!!

But generally,. even with sickness not as bad as I thought.

Will post diary in next day or two with more detail as I have loved reading all yours & found them v helpfil

Congratulations on new boobs - sorry you were so sick afterwards, make sure you rest lots and drink plenty of fluids as I found I was sooooo thirsty after GA and with you being sick as well you don't want to get dehydrated. I found when I was in bed it was easier to have a bottle of water in bed with me, than trying to sit up and reach for a drink. Look forward to hearing all about your big day when you feel up to it. Ooh well done you hunnie, I'm so pleased that everything (apart from the nausea) went well for you. You will feel sore and very tight across your chest for the next few days and then it start easing off. Just remember to take it easy, don't overstretch yourself and, like JT1 said, drink plenty of water to get yourself rehydrated.

Congrats Lilibet!

I see you had Jag Chana - I was going to have him when going the NHS route (til they cut funding). As it was I went with a recommended surgeon, but Mr Chana was very nice :) Happy healing!!
