Who wants a really natural look?

Hi LL - I want a really natural look & bizarre - I also found the same website as you - want a really natural look, showed my PS 2 pics of the site & he said straight away dual plan anatomical implants unders as my riobs show quite a bit. I'm going for the PURE PU "furry brazilian" impants moderate projection and could choose b/w 275 & 315 - I decided on the 315 in the end as general consensus is to go a bit bigger. The great thing about the PURE implants is that they dont move once in so no worry about them rotating & also much lower capsular contracture rate than all other impants - still newish to UK but is main implant used in Australia & S. America. Havr done laods of research on it & am going to post it all with links in the forum on implants next week when I'm recovering & have more time.

Haha I've actually been been doing 'provisional research' for my boob job for at least a year now, and 've wanted one for nearly 7 years - I've had a lot of time to stuff my bra!! ever done the changing rooms thing but I do go in there with armfuls of bras in various sizes, just willing myself to fit the bigger ones... which is probably why I prefer to wear a band 30 than a 32, then I get to be a 'bigger' cup size lol. But yes, I have been known to buy my ideal size just to stuff it and take it back!

[b]Jellytot [/b]- was wondering when someone might say that ;D I have such a love-hate relationship with padding... I mean, I care about it and all, but I just want to move on with my life...!

I've got two sets now, one with rice, and one where one is sugar and the other's lentils... I think the lentils are working out best, the sugar particles seem to be escaping from the other one... :dunno:

Speaking of research on real and fake boobs - two of my favourite websites are [You must be registered and logged in to see this link.] and [You must be registered and logged in to see this link.] They're not always accurate (I'm guessing they're written by the horny straight guys of the online world, especially judging by the number of slim-but-stacked ladies who are described as being sizes like 40DD. Well my mum's about that size, and she doesn't look like Jordan Carver...) but they can give you a little help with getting an idea of what kind of size you want or what the results tend to look like :D

All those boob pics on the first page look lovely lindylou - that surgeon looks very good accomplished! It's a really good idea that you are taking pics of already augmented boobs to the surgeon - I was a bit dense and took pics from page 3 website and they were all real boobs - doh!

I think mine look pretty natural, and I had 410 rounds from a 32A, and my surgeon did warn me that I may have a little bit of roundness in my cleavage that might give things away - not quite Victoria Beckham but he did make me aware that he was literally squeezing in the largest size implants I could safely have. I'm so so glad I went for the largest size I could accomodate though - they don't look too massive or fake, possibly because I have wide set shoulders. Don't be scared of rounds, I think maybe "round overs" have a bad reputation for giving girls the "fake look", but honestly, a great many girls on this forum have round overs of around about my size and if I didn't know they were fake, I wouldn't be able to tell without feeling them some are that good! xxx

Hi hun, I do like the pics in the first link, the surgeon has done a lovely job. I think mine look natural - ish. They are quite full at the top, I think I have a slightly rounder look. But I would say to achieve the look you want tear drop (anatomical) implants and partial placement sounds like a good plan. It's frustrating having to wait to see your surgeon again.

TG - those are what I want EXACTLY!! Size, shape, etc... they're lovely!!

Lilibet... I've never heard of the PURE... I don't think it's an option for me, but I'm having the rough surface nagor ones so I hope that will help them to stay in place. I would DIE if I had the rotation problem... talk about making it obvious!! That's the one thing that concerns me most about anatomicals really. Good luck with your surgery, you must be so excited now!!

Pixie... How tall are you? I'm hoping that as I'm 5ft7 I might be able to accomodate a slightly larger size, even though I'm skinny.

Jessica... in your avatar they do look a really nice shape!! I have wide set shoulders too so perhaps that's why he offered me the rounds first?.. I think it's nice to have a little bit of roundness in your cleavage, I just don't want to have the roundness on top as well...

Still, I trust that my PS knows a lot more about how to achieve the result I want than I do!!! haha.

Misf1... I think you're right... I think I'm just too skinny with too little breast tissue at the top to cover bigger rounds properly..

Thinking about it, I think the surgeon offered me rounds at first because at the time I only wanted a modest size increase... obviously he felt that at that small of an implant size, I would adequately cover rounds...

I've done a rice test and I think I'll post pics for advice on size in another thread...

I am 5' 7", 29" ribcage slim and size 8/10, I think a larger implant size wouls look good on me that what i have however i don't think they would look particularly natural unless they were anatomicals.

I thinkn implant profile makes a huge difference as well. i think the reason my rounds look natural is because I have mod profile, not high. I often wish I had high but they would not have the natural slope I have now x

I'm 5' 4-5" ish, depending on how much spine stretching I've been doing lol. At first I was looking at 500cc implants, but 1) I'm still not entirely sure what size I want to go for, more a DD or E, and they might be slightly too big especially if they fluff lots, and 2) I seem to have grown a little since I tried those anyway. But I knew I wanted at least 400cc, which was a problem when I went for a consultation with Harley Medical and the nurse said the biggest she thought they'd do was 375cc. Seems like they wanted to go for the bigger side of 'normal' and I'm going for the more 'normal' size of big, if that makes sense?

Aww thanks hun . That's a really tough question. Before my op I wanted only a slight increase in size, a nice Jennifer Aniston C cup, no bigger. I was very pleased with the results (apart from my non dropping boob) but felt i was a bit too big! I was convinced when i had my re-op i was going to go smaller but when I got there I changed my mind and stayed with what i have. I am glad I did because bizarrly I came out of my re-op with boob greed!

Sometimes when I look at the amazing cleavages everyone on here can get I wish I had high profile/slightly bigger. However a part of me thinks this is largely to do with the fact that I spend a lot of time on here and I see these lovely cleavages all the time. When it really comes down to it I love what I have now and it is exactly what I asked for. I think we all have envy for other boobies no matter what style we go for! x

TG those boobies are nice I have added them to my collection! Thanks for sharing them.

I'm not quite sure what happened to my rice boobies! They didn't get wet I think all the air went out of the bag and then the cheap sandwich bag I used clung around the rice. I might have to use tights or something. I was quite shocked with how big the did look but I expect you loose a bit when they are in and get used to them quickly!.

I think when I get round to my consultation and choose a size I will take pre op pics, rice boobie pics and see how they all compare.

I'm on a detox this week (if I last) my size 8's are getting too tight and I figure it will save me money! lol.

I think you're right!....It's FAR too much time spent on this site that gives you boob greed! lol

On those occasions I think 'should I have gone a little bigger' I remind myself that my intention was to be able to wear the same size as I did pre-ba without having to dress like a lady with 'big boobs'! lol I have got exactly what I wanted and am very happy so far with how my new boobies are turning out!....Don't let the green-eyed boobie monster make you doubt your carefully considered pre-ba sizing choice!

Them boobs are real, yes. The bitch! I want mine exactly like that. She's probs around a C or a D cup which is perfect for me.

That sounds really good. I want people to not even know I've had mine done and that's why I'm going no bigger than 300c. I'm only around a 30B/32A now.

I'm going for a really natural look, yet I am getting round implants.. My boobs slope down anyway.

Hold on a second, you're the one who called Jessica Weekley a bitch ;) Can't say I've ever met either of them personally so I have no idea who's 'nicer.' But I am jealous. I know big boobs sag, but it doesn't stop me from wanting mine done.
