Hi another question if I decide to go for the 605cc unders. I'd like to know if you had this size and how small you were to start with and big you are now?
Also did anyone ripple? I'm not sure what rippling means, anyone explain?
Thanks girlys, I will get my head round this at some point lol.

Hay Hun
Rippling can happen when a large implant is placed in someone who has very little breast tissue or thin people. due to the little tissue covering the implant when the implant ripples you can see/feel it thou your skin.
There are different degrees of how bad the rippling can be from really bad being you can see the ripples all over your breasts to minor which almost all girls will have where you have a small patch you can feel for instance if you take ya bra off & hang right over.
Like i say it most commen in girls with little breast tissue/body fat uptop & girls who have 'overs'
& the risk of getting rippling increase's the bigger the implant.....
Girls with little tissue are normally incoraged to have unders to reduce the risk of rippling ect.
Hope this helps Hun

I totally agree with crystal here. my surgeon said to me about all the risks of rippling etc with a larger implant, because my muscle is covering the top half of my implant you cant see or feel it, but i can feel it underneath my breast, which is not noticable but i can feel it..
there are alot more risks with larger implants but your surgeon will make you aware of all these.. good luck in deciding xx

My surgeon also warned me as I was at higher risk of rippling due to the fact my breast tissue was very thin. Well I stuck with the 460's and have ended up with some rippling anyway!! I thought mine was visible but it's it not and like Ruby I can only feel it under my breasts towards the sides when I lean right the way forward.

i can feel rippling too at the bottom of my boobs, when i lean forward, and i only had 310cc, so maybe its just inevitable no matter what size you have, its kinda just one of those things? x

I think its always best to listern to what you PS is saying, as big implants can course rippling. I had 525cc which is classed a quite a big implant and luckly I have no rippling. But if your surgeon thinks there is a chance you could have rippling the best to take their advice onboard. x

Hey there chick
I am just recovering from my second ba which I had a week last wednesday and I left it to my surgeon to install a suitable implant for me on the day as to whatever he felt I could safely accommodate. The range I had was a number of implants of different sizes between 520cc and 620cc. I had some scar tissue removed which left me with a larger pocket to fill. I originally had 365cc PIP implants from a size 34A which took me to a 34 C/D put in as overs. I have now got Nagor Impleos 620cc implants which again were put in as overs. These are large implants and I was surprised to wake up with them but I seem to be getting along fine with them. I just think you need to be informed and aware of the risks of them. I am not skinny anymore and have plenty of flesh to accommodate them now so they basically match the size of my butt and give my body a little more balance!!! I am also a mature lady and have done my child raising and extreme sports1 So am not so bothered about needing my bod to look a certain way. I just think having big implants needs to be thought through as there ARE way more risks and chances for things to go wrong. I don't know yet what size I will end up but I was in Tescos the other day for a wander and tried on a 34E and F over my support bra and I seem to be somewhere between.....
Hope this helps you chick.....

Re: Anyone start at 32A/B and go for around 605cc?xxx
Thanks ever so much ladies. I have decided to go with the 610cc's and have now paid my job off in full so no turning back now! I'm really exited and think the 605s will look the best on me as I have a quite wide back/chest if you know what I mean.
I am going to take some before and after pics to make a bit of a library, wish I'd of done it last time.
Thanks again, roll on 14th Jan xxxxx

Sometimes there can be a diffrence between the shape of overs and unders. Also at first until the muscles relax the implants will be held down. Of course once you fluff and the implants drop that will change. xx
