I haven't had this myself but maybe wearing a sportsbra that allows your skin to breathe and absorb sweat might help hunni? I'd also arrange an appointment for your GP to take a look too, you may need a little anti-fungal cream to avoid any infection sweetie. xx

Hi Jaybles
How are you? I get sweat rash sometimes on my bottom of all places and use E45 Itch Relief cream to soothe it. Not particularly oily so shouldn't cause more spots. You can get it at any chemist - also you may want to ask the chemist if there is anything else for sweat rash. I have also had another cream in the past which is for sweat rash and athletes foot - but can't remember the name, but the chemist should know.
Hope it clears as the weather improves - hopefully!!!
Take care xxxxxx

I think you can buy a cream for sweat rash over the counter - similar to "thrush" cream as needs to be anti fungal - bought it for my husband once when he had driven us back from Spain (30 hours in a boiling car) and he had sweat rash on his legs. Not sure if you would be allowed to get it on scars though - you had better ask. xx

Hay Hun Im not to shore if this is the same as what your having but for about 3 months after my B.A my boobs skin & my upper chest became very oily & i got lots of tiny itchy spots that didnt look very nice at all!.............
i went to the G,P & he told me to stop using any creams & just leave my skin alone to settle and try & get as much air to the skin as possible & after about 2-3 weeks my skin settle & returned to normal.
Im not shore why my skin reacted this way as i have never had oily skin before

Glad you said that Crystal! I'm only 10 days in and I'm amazed how oily my boobs are! In fact it was rather embarrassing cos at my 1st week check the PS put some tape over my incisions and it wouldn't stick! He asked me if I had been using cream and I told him no, so he said - you must just have weird skin then! I think he didnt believe me!!
Hope it goes back to normal soon!
