Were you told to massage?
I wasnt told explicitly to massage but im rubbing in Palmers stretchmark lotion in monring and night so i guess its doing the same thing and im noticing they're really softening up! Were you told to massage and when?

Re: Were you told to massage?
I've heard it really helps them to drop and soften, also lying on the floor on your front is meant to be good for them, but im going to check its ok with my ps before i do that! x

Re: Were you told to massage?
I thought i wouldn't be able to lay on my front for aaages after but i can lay on my front quite easily already, maybe because i have smaller implants not sure, it does feel weird though! x
Re: Were you told to massage?
I find it really hard to lay on my belly, and uncomfortable, even in bed. I loved laying on my front b4 my ba, lets hope i get used to it :D

Re: Were you told to massage?
Ive been massaging since just over 1 month. My PS told me to massage from the top to really push the implant downwards so that this will stretch the skin on the bottom of my boobs out. Not sure if its working tho?

Re: Were you told to massage?
Have they softened up since you started? I kind of do circular motions and push mine together and since i do it in the morning and before bed they are much softer and can be pushed together much easier x
Re: Were you told to massage?
Yeah theyve definately got softer especially lately, but im not sure if thats down to the massage or whether it would have happened naturally anyway?

Re: Were you told to massage?
hi all. I wasnt told to massage until i went for my 6 week check up and the surgeon said they hadnt dropped! He told me to squeeze th top of them to encourage them to move dow. I did that till 3 months post op when i went back and no change so was told to keep squeezing till 6 months! I did, not affect and thats one of the reasons for my re-op, to place them lower.

It isn't uncommon for the implant not to drop into the pocket and a pocket revision needed if it still hasnt dropped after 6 months, not long to go now hun til fab new boobies xxx
Re: Were you told to massage?
I wasnt told to massage so i havent been. My right boob is still slightly higher up/less full so might be worth trying. Surely it would of dropped by now though x
