WHICH SUPPORT BRA AFTER A BA
Hi Everyone,
I am 4 days post op. I was wondering which support bra was the best for after your op?
I bought 2 M&S sports bras at £20 each and 2 sports bras from Asda at £4 each.
I wore the M&S bras for the first 3 days and they were soooooo uncomfortable, the material irritated my skin, they rode up towards my incisions and pressed on them so they hurt like hell, they were just horrible (sorry M&S, i still love your food). I have worn the Asad bras for the last day and a half and they are wonderful soooo comfy.
Just goes to prove the price doesnt dictate the comfort.

A lot of ladies find Adsa sportsbras good. I preferred M&S though myself LOL just shows how different we all are.
I wore M&S zip front sportsbra, they have a lower band and are seamfree so I found them most comfy for me. xx

Same here. I wore M&S and Asda bras. Wore my Asda one to my 10 day check and ps approved. Said it gave more than enough support x

It's the £4 low impact one from asda mrsrimmer.
The zip up one from m&s is good but all their others I think are horribly uncomfortable. My best ones are the Gorgeous sports bras from Debenhams.

I read somewhere that you can wear those vest tops with the built in support, anyone done that instead of the sports bras? After my first op I had ones from Primark but had the same problem as you had Shelle with your m&s ones riding up and rubbing on the insicions. Am going in next week for my reop really should've thought about this before!
