December Buddies!

Yay! Had my surgery on Dec 13. Couldn't be happier. Still a little sore but taking my pain meds for that :)

We all picked the best Christmas present ever! :)

Had mine done on dec. 6 n i feel great. No pain just itching from healing. I hot measured at victorias secret yesterday. 38 dd. Yesssss i heart my ps!!!

I am now totally cacking myself that I'll have everything ready for my BA on Wednesday (22nd)! I've only just got the kids packed off to their dad's for Xmas (I'm gonna miss them SO much - trying not to think about it as it makes me cry)! I'm gonna be on my own after day 4 post-op, so I need to make sure I've got everything set up to manage.

I wish it was January already and past this bit (Christmas is going to be kind of miserable this year)

Hi Jellytot - I know how you feel, although I now feel kind of detached as though this is going to happen to someone else, not me. Only slept til 3.30 this morning - have e-mailed my PS secretary to see if he will be able to get to hospital tomorrow due to snow - coming down heavily here again now - if we can get off our estate it is mostly then main roads to Bristol (25 miles). But if the surgeon lives in a quaint little village up a steep hill in the Cotswolds then he isn't going to make it! He does operate in hospitals in Bath, Bristol and Gloucester so god knows where he lives. I have sort of resigned myself that it may not happen and I will just have to re-book for February half term and take 2 weeks off work

Pity you don't live closer to me and then we could have recouperated together. When will your ex bring the kids back - have you got web cam you could talk to them on or skype?

Hope all goes well for you - you will have us to talk to on here over Xmas as I'm sure I will have lots of questions about "is this normal". XX

Yes just delayed... Fly is bringing me to my parents (heathrow) tomorrow night now so I havnt got to get the train. Fingers crossed

Hi to all dec ladies...

Hope you are all doing well in your recoveries and for those awaiting BA day... time to get excited...! (and hope the snow holds off too!)

Im 12 days post op and feeling fine, back on my feet, moving about with barely any discomfort now, having to hold back on doing stuff about the house as feeling so ok... IMPORTANT to rest up!!! I keep telling my self....

Anyway the blues have vanished and Im starting to look at myself in the mirror... happy with results!!

As Im sure you will all be....

hey girls,

how is everyone? recovering and with your nerves?
I ventured to the shops today to get my birthday present with my mum! thoroughly enjoyed getting out of the house but was slightly worried as there were a lot of people walking around.

The thing is no matter what pain you will experience after your op, don't worry about it till you deal with it, as you then don't have a choice! (that's how I kinda kept sane) ha ha!

I can't believe how quickly thats flown, I really hope the snow holds off for you and you have a safe journey there. If you get stuck once your there at least you'll have your tits to keep you company xx

I dont really see it as 'major surgery' like all of my friends/family keep babbling on about. For me its just another body mod lol
