Re: sports bra size v's push up bra
You will more than likely look bigger in a normal bra compared to a sports bra (diff size or not) just because you wont be being squashed down by the bra. Sports bras tend to work on a compression basis to stop bounce when you are active, unlike a standard fit bra which should lift and support not squish!

Re: sports bra size v's push up bra
My first sports bra was a 34E but just got my first normal bra and it's a 32g, I bet you'll measure bigger in normal bras.
And if that's an Asda sports bra you're wearing, I've got the same one in a 34DD and it still fits me, so it just goes to show you may come out a completely different size once you're measured. Think it's just cos sports bras are more unstructured and stretchy they can accomodate a wider range of sizes and still feel ok.
Even if you measure the same they'll definitely look bigger when they are being properly supported and not squashed down by a sports bra.

my asda 34D and 34DD fit me still too, although a bit low cut. Theyre stretchy so it doesnt matter if theyre a bit small. Theyre not very supportive though

I think for the vast majority this thread proves that we will measure bigger in a normal bra - great thread especially us early post op ladies!! x x x
