Sports bra.. Size?
So i have my BA on the 13th.. I'm just getting a list of what i need to get and what to take with me..
I was just wondering what size sports bra i should get? I was talking to a mate who had her boobs done about 8 months ago now and she said that she got one that was a size bigger than she was so it wasnt so tight with the swelling and stuff. But would this give my new boobs the proper support they needed? What did you do.. Buy the right size ot a size bigger?
Also.. Whats the best one?

Re: Sports bra.. Size?
I bought the resulting size my surgeon suggested - a 32DD, I then also took, a 34DD and also a 32E, I covered extra swelling of the bust, or extra swelling from the band hun.
Keep the reciepts of any bras you don't use and just take them back to the shop later babe. xxxx

deffo get one an extra band size up as you'll be all swollen down the sides, so it'll feel tight!

springstep I was just thinking the same thing!!!! SusieLou, you look lovely in that top, I would give anything to look like that without a BA lol! Anyway about the bra, I have also bought 3 different sizes just in case because I wasn't sure which size to buy. And like Cookie says you can always take them back if you don't use them. Bet ur really excited now aren't you, not long at all to go now :-) Do you mind me asking which clinic you are using?

Re: Sports bra.. Size?
Yes, I brought my sports bra as close as my BA day, but allow yourself time to shop around in case they don't have Yr size. I brought 32dd 34dd 34e, it adds up i know, but keep Yr receipt, check how long u got for a refund as well. so I brought a 32e 34f (just in case) in Asda sports bra. Surgeon told me I be a dd, my pre BA band size was 32. I'm now a 34dd.
I didn't need my sports bra til 1week after surgery, I was taped up after op ( a la Singh), then tape came off a week later.
Good luck

Hi newgirl and springstep, Thank you but unfortunally that is the work of a very good push up bra and the webcam angle! Im actually a 32a.. maybe a 32aa on bad days! Hopefully i'll turn out like my picture though!!! Haha!
And thank you girls, this was helpful. I think im going to wait a week after my op now until i start shopping for one and a few different sizes too!
Yes getting quite nervous now! x

I totally agree that they look perfect pre-op! (but mine have always been smoke and mirrors so I know what you mean!) as for the sports bra, they put one on me at my first post op- it was part if the original cost if the BA
