Too tight post BA bra....detrimental.
Just read on a post that wearing a sports bra that is too tight post BA can be detrimental. Has anyone any info on this? I would really like to find out what damage this can do....don't want to hurt the girls when they move in! Only 22 more sleeps!
Thanks for reading this post, I hope some of you will be able to shed some light on this for me.

Believe me hun you will know if it's too tight cause it will be so uncomfy. It's good to have your boobs held tight in their bra, but you will know if it's squashing them too much. No panicing now.

I think Misf1 is right I think if it was too tight or doing damage you would notice. I'm sure your surgeon can advise you. I mean it must be hard buying a sports bra in the first place as how do you know what size your going to be before you have had it done? and at which point do you wear the sports bra? 1st day? 2nd? It is a lot to consider isn't it ANewMeToBe??
PS both of your boobs look great and uv not even had the op yet ANewMeToB mine are none existant compared to yours!! lol

Thank you. You will both get a great result not to worry, as for bra sizes your ps should give you an idea of what size to get, I was told to get a 34E to accomodate any swelling. I also had read I might swell around my ribs so a bigger band size and smaller cup size, just bought cheap ones in various sizes. I would think as long as the cups aren't crushing you and the band size isn't restricting then there will be no loss of circulation.

You will know if its too tight hun it feels restrictive not supportive. I bought various sizes before the op if you buy them close you can always take back any that don't fit when you feel up to it. A bra extender is a good idea too x
