post op bra.....compression v encapsulation?
I am looking at all the different sports bras to make my purchase as soon as my consultant and I have discussed what size implant I'm going to have (only 10 more sleeps till I choose my new friends!)
I'm taking on board what a lot of you lovely ladies have said about buying a few and returning any I don't use. BUT... where do I start?!
Is the idea just to go for a very high impact one that just doesn't let the girls move at all? OR
Should I go for a compression bra that pushes the against the chest to reduce bounce?! Tend to be lower impact styles. OR
Do I choose the encapsulation style? They are designed to look more like a normal bra and keep the girls separated and supported, these can be high or low impact depending on the make!
Tooooo many choices my little brain is going to blow!
Any advice would be gratefully received.

I was recommended by the clinic to either buy the shock absorber level 4 or high impact m&s bra.

Thanks for posting this, I have read alot of people get a sports bra. Is there really any benefits to getting a proper post op bra?
