Possible complication? Empty Possible complication?

I had my op about 5 months ago but have just started getting pain when I sleep on my side at night. I'm fine sleeping on my back but when I lie on my side and put pressure on my boobs it really hurts and I wake up all stiff. As soon as I'm up though it's fine and I have no trouble during the day. Has anyone else experienced this so many months after surgery? x

im getting that also, was fine before, and i also started sleeping on my front, now after about ten mins it starts to ache so i go back on my back

I thought it might be capsular contracture or something but I haven't lost any shape or anything. I haven't dared to try sleeping on my front at the moment, I still think that is going to be far too uncomfortable, even after 5 months!

I get this too but not all the time, I just had my 3 mth check up and it's not CC so I don't know, if I get sore I just put a sports bra on and go back to sleep.
