Re: sports bras are EVIL!
I love my sports bras. Firstly, because they're a 'D' cup and secondly, because I feel safe in them. It's pretty comfortable - £4 from Primark, but still can't wait to go out bra shopping

For what its worth, im pretty sure that if a sports bra gives you a cleavage, then its too small. Theyre supposed to cover the whole breast

I wondered about that abbie I now know I'm wearing the right size.
My boobs are not soft enough yet to be able to push together for a cleavage anyway.

i have got a low impact sports bra a post op bra and 2 full control support bras all from asda. there was others but they went over your head and thought it was best not to get them. same for the ones in primark and my sports bra from m and s goes over the head but this is high impact sports, think i will have to take them all in hospital with me and ask what one is best????????

This might seem like a really silly question, but can you fasten up your bra yourself after surgery? I'm not going to have anyone around to do it for me, and was wondering if the movement needed to do it up might be painful or not advised?
If so, are their any front fastening ones anyone could reccomend?

I could manage to get my sports bra on myself but it was easier with someone to help. You're probably better to just leave it on for a few days then you should be up to fastening it yourself. I did have overs though and I think you're having unders so that might be different.

Also, there's one you can get from m&s which has a zip up front and is very very supportive

Re: sports bras are EVIL!
I was made to do it myself in the hospital (nurses are evil to lol lol) and i had a back fastening cheap one cause i had no idea what size i would be. Anyway i did the old bra trick of fastening it at the front inside out and turning it round lol. dont get me wrong i struggled but i got there after about 4/5 mins of trying. xx
