Day 4, risk the outside?
Right, I've not seen the outside world for 4 days now. Should I risk going for a little walk? Partly, I need some fresh air, and partly I want to see if I catch anyone taking a sneaky look at my new assets! LOL!
Is this just me, or did anyone else get a little short of breath post op? I feel it when I'm talking, I have to talk quietly and sometimes have to stop for another breath. It's not really bad, but I'm a little worried that I'll get really out of breath if I go out for a walk..anyone else?
xx

I'd give it a try - stop you going stir crazy! Just take it easy and don't go too far until you know you can handle it.

yes, I was a bit out of breath too - I felt like my chest was a bit squashed but I think a lot of that was down to the sports bra aswell as the new boobs. It'll pass soon. Yep, get yourself out for a wee wander - it'll make you feel better to get some fresh air.

They recommend gentle walking hun it gets the circulation going and helps get your body back to normal but don't over do it though. xx
