I prefer the roundish fake look, obviously not too fake, I don't want it to be obvious that I've had it done, but I don't want them too look too natural either x

I thought I wanted a natural look but actually prefer the faker look I had at the beginning but the push up bra achieves the fake look if I want it lol x

Because I want them too, and lots of my friends have had them done...
But the fate looking one's never look any different bra on or off, If they look natural

You can wear a push up bra.
And then you have a chose, so many of my friends have them but with the natural looking one there softer so if you want to say they are natural you can Fake or natural look? - Page 2 899188

But my friends that have big hard one's, Wow! They look fake... Bra on or off...

I Have been thinking of getting Saline because they seem to be the most natural looking and to touch, but UK doesn't use it any more but four of my friend done in L.A. and they had them done years ago.

Sooo if anyone can recommend a surgeon??? PLEASE?

i said to my sergoun i dont want too foot balls stuk on my chest , personally i dont like the perfectly round stuck on boobs, but i dont want cow udders either, i went for round overs they are gawjus and woudnt swap them for the world and they dont look fake although i can make them look it in the right bra :)
