Just had my consultation. I am currently a 34b. Looking at 390 or 410 cc round overs to take me to approx a D/DD. I am keen to keep my new boobs a secret from my place of work. Just wondered how easy it has been others to do the same?

i started wearing the same bra size as you hun, had 340 overs and only the people who know have mentioned it. when you're in a sports bra they are kind of reined in and if you're like most of us on here then you probably wear padded bras etc.

I managed it easy - I spent the two months leading up to my op stuffing my bra (I don't just mean a little bit - I had like 3 pairs of socks in each cup!) LOL, so that I didn't just walk in one day with massive boobs, it seems to have worked - if anyone has suspected, no one has said anything at all or given me any reason to think they suspect something. xx

I've been back at work for 2 weeks now and think I've got away with it... !! I've had a few funny looks but not sure if I'm being paranoid!! They seem huge compared to what I had before, but I lived in paded bras before hand and the sports bra does squash them down a bit. I work in a big office and just didnt want to the the office gossip but no-one has said anything and now I've got to the point where I dont care if they do. Good luck

I didn't tell anyone at work just my boss cos I thought he should know if I can't lift or move things. I have told everyone else I have a injured myself and thats why I can't drive/lift things etc. I was wearing gel bra's before and haven't gone into the office in anything revealing. People probably just think I've put weight on! x

I don't want to tell too many people either. I hate being the centre of attention/gossip talks!
Luckily I work from home it's just the family I've got to worry about, and because we've got kids we'll have to explain to a few family members what's going on when I'd rather they didn't know!

i think because my age they of thought im either very lucky to still be perty or there fake, no one has ever asked me though,
with winter coming you will be quite covered up,

Hi, No one at work has noticed mine either, I was wearing a big gel bra in the run up to my op so I look about the same size with my clothes on!

great idea about well padding bra out before the op , def one of my big fears about been obvious especially in a small town people saying herself has had a boob job. always wore gel bras prior to feeding my last baby but since i have just given up on my boobs and all the hassel of padding.

So far, so good at one month. Like some others, once I decided to upgrade from natural I consistently wore padded bras and even added silicone "explants," those little chicken filet padders.

Several people have mentioned how 'healthy' I look. I've just thanked them and said that I'd gained a little weight. YUP, two new boobies!
