hello nixy!
you could get maybe a 34dd and 34e sports bra and then buy a bra extender for possible band swelling? bra extenders are really cheap.
all the best for the 10th october x x x

Hi hun I would prob be tempted to get a 34DD & E and a 36DD (for swelling straight after the op). or bra extenders for the 34 back. Sometimes you can swell quite a bit I know I had to go up 2 band sizes after my op. So maybe even a 38D

i'd go for a 34dd and 34 e with bra extenders. i was told it was better for the cup to be tight than loose and i found a bra extender invaluable. it was the best £3 i spent Hysterical

I got a 34d a couple of dd and an e just incase. I started off with the 34dd which was too tight on the cup then went with the 34e and I already had an extender which I used a couple of times but to be honest the supermarket brands seemed to be bigger and stretchier on on the band anyway than my shock adsorber and m&s one. I'd buy a selection any you don't wear you can always take back x
