hi daisylou i eat activia and morrisons low fat probtic yogurt at weekends i eat 0 percent greek yogurt with live cultures with strawberries ansd bananas if i fancy a treat i eat fat free low calorie jelly i never cheat now i got 25 half inch waiste i want 25 them in happy and gonna have day wheir i eat what i want and fancy cause i canat be a saint forever lol xxxx

Hi natalia, just curious as we have almost identical stats! I'm 5 4, and I can tell you it's almost impossible to get that extra 1/2 inch off the waist to get to 25.....good luck x

Thanks, I eat activia...you are very disiplined, I can be but recently I've been snacking on the cakes I make for hubby and kids!! Got to stop that, the difference shows around my waist! xx

nothings impossible if u work out hard and eat right well i got myself into a tiny siz 8 boo hoo dress now its 25 inch wasite fits like a glove seems i was wrong i have 25 inch waiste now and u can see my muscles alot more it looks flat in this tiny dress to im also fitting into my fcuk xsmall t shirt now to it was to small 4 months ago!!!whoo hoo

snacking is so bad my sister lost over a stone when she stopped snacking she looks great now xxxx

daisylou do u eat natural activia ?or the sugary ones? i dont touch yogurts with sugar in bad bad bad for your gut your never get flat tum eating them xxxx

im eating sum carbs tinks as i work out i only eat them b4 exercise though i eat more protein now as its builds muscle and burns fat xxxx

I'm ok Nat thanks for asking, I still have bad days when I've done too much but if I pace myself I'm ok. Still sticking with the diet although my mum thinks I've lost too much weight, she prefers me more curvy and to be honest so do I. If it wasn't for the health benefits then I'd be a lot less strict with diet.

kerry do u eat probotic natural yogurt or take probotics u need to if your on candida diet it will help kill all the bad bacteria hun you will never get better without good bacteria i still suffer with candida and get days when im tired especially around my period but im much better than i was years ago and have a flat tum now instead of being bloated all the time lol xxxx

Hi Nat,
Yeah I do eat natural yogurt even though I don't like it ha. I also take threelac which is a pro-biotic in powder form and really strong, it's really helped me haven't had thrush for over 2 months now and like you say my belly isn't bloated which is fab xx

i never had thrush just tiredness and wind and bloating think im having sum die off with my low carb diet to i felt so bloated today moady sad and tired really tired did 3, 30 minutes cardio work out today and the 3rd found really hard im eating brownn rice which is low in sugar and wholegrain rice cakes as i need more energy with my workouts and this low carb is taking my energy do eat any carbs hun??xxx

hi, I eat the fat free activia.
I know what you mean about the snacks, I'm back on track now and now that I'm back at the gym I'm happier. Back to combat next week, can't wait! Xx
