losing weight and my boobies

ok i shouldnt moan but when i went swimming the other day in my swimming costume i noticed they dont touch anymore like a bum clevage i was like oh ok its cause i lost weight but slighty gutted lol im still 32f but a ff i am not no more i lost lots of weight through diet and exercise i was struggling with my tum so i gone low fat and high protein with some healthy carbs and its really coming off my tum now just gutted i dont get bum clevage in my swimming costume anymore lol i still do in bras if i wear cup size smaller so at least thats something
did anyone find exercise and diet their boobs shrank?obvously the implant will never shrink just the fat around it

thanks kay its getting their its just that little last bit of fat u know that takes the longest do u know what i mean?i did completly cut carbs cut kept going dizzy so im eating bananas and brown rice for my energy now as i felt so tired working out with no carbs its mad low carb diet if u exercise totally mad lol i rather lose weight slowly than feel like that im eating low fat everything and low sugar so im doing great now xxxx

I get a headache and feel dizzy if I go without food never mind no carbs lol xx I love me carbs I do, don't think I could give them up

I haven't noticed it but even with my weight fluctuations my boobs always stayed a 32A. You always look lovely hun and you dont need to lose weight. I really mean that.You are a lovely shape. Sorry to hear your boobs have changed a bit. I'm sure they still look fab.

first place i loose weight from is my boobs and last place i put weight on is also my boobs!!!!!

Think it will prob be same after ba. If i could change it around then i woudnt need ba at all lol

I bet you still look amazing nat - F cup is still a fab size, and what with you being smaller all over I bet they still look just as in proportion xx

you look slim anyway and great anyway! for me i lost loads from my chest but some women dont at all! i am 9 stone now (5' 7.5") and want to lose a bit more but as i am having an uplift for that reason if they start to sag again i will stop the weight loss. think its best to get to the weight you are happy with before having it done if at all possible. maybe your swimsuit has just lost it shape a bit and its not you that has lost volume!

It's not fair is it? I've only lost 4 pounds on my diet so far and have lost an inch off my bust already! I'm sure this never used to happen when I was a B cup!

It's a shame the fat doesn't come off the parts we want it to come off!

To be honest I had nothing to lose from my boobs, so if I have lost anything, I haven't noticed it. My bras still fit and everything. I'll never have a bum cleavage anyway :o(

It's the first place I lost it from Nat, I've lost a stone now and thought that my boobs would look bigger if my belly and rib cage lost some fat but that wasn't the case. Still my boobs do look a lot better than before my op so I'm not moaning ha xx

hi i eat alot of protein as im trying get rid of belly fat i also eat wholegrain rice cakes, bananas for energy, natural low fat yougurt with probotics, tuna salmon, light coleslaw few times a week, nuts once a week, sugar fat free jelly as hardly has any calories ,quorn burgers as high in protein, low fat cheese slices turkey rashes,sweet chilli chicken low fat .chicken tikka low fat i only have a few carbs as im exercising its hard but im seeing results i started swimming now to just once a week i do around 35 lenghs i find swimming really ripped my abs b4 when i use to do it i lost everywheir now legs arms bum tummy is taking the longest when i spoke to fitness trainer he said what i have their is the last little bit fat to go so just be patient as its the hardest i can now seemy stomach muscles and i luv it xxxx

thanks marie im using my new slendertone and i have to say i only do 100 leg raises 3 times a week combined what the slendertone twice day everyday i can now see my stomach muscles obvously eating low fat diet is helping along with exercise yep dsnt seem fair as it coome off everywheir but my stomach is the slowest but hopefully il get their i still love my boobs their still big xxxx

viki i was around 9 half now im around 8.10 8half all my size 10 clothes are to big now and baggy so im fitting into size 8 but river island in size 8 is to baggy to!!and thats my fav shop im never gonna be 8 stone and skinny to get that way i would have to exercise every day and live on salads im not gonna do that i look awful at 8 stone no bum no curves dont care what anyone says its far better to be curvy have a nice bum and be toned and firm than be skinny i opt to keep my curves its what makes me who i am and i luv them xxxx

and that wasnt intent on anyone whos naturally skinny so pls dont take offence xxx

thanks for asking sweety xx Quite happy, obviously they a lot better than what I started with, but not totally xx They are better than what they were but going back to talk to PS at the end of the month as they very bottom heavy with a lot of the implant sitting below the areola xx Just to find out what options are available in the future xx can't afford to do anything about it now but at least it will give me an idea for later xx

Like I said Much better than preop, and the OH says they look fine and on the whole I suppose I have got what I asked for which is natural look so don't really feel I have grounds to complain or anything like that (I would be the first to do so if did lol).......Just that my areola/nipple are about an inch to high if that makes sense, so they look very bottom heavy. Always look worse around the time of the month as well.

Weird thing is, when I look down at them, so from above, they look fab, just when I look in mirror, there is a lot of boob under the areola and that gets me down a bit xx a few weeks ago, when it was a little cold, someone said to me "your nipples point up, what's up with that?" I brushed the comment off, but that did it for me and the next day I booked to go see the PS again xx

well if your not happy with his work you have to tell him hun i would even if hes a good surgeon i still would im sure he will understand its funny now as i go to measure my waiste the other day i couldnt see the tape measure lol i my boobies were in the way i had to hold them out the way it was so funny xxx

I think you have a fab figure and your boobs look a great size. When I lose weight I always lose it from my boobs first!! xxx

oh was going to ask, do you eat any brand plain yog.....there is sooo much choice!! xxx
