Pucker of a problem !!! Lol
Hi girls
I'm now just over two weeks post op
after breast uplift and implants
been to see my surgeon twice since I
got my new babies and he says everythings
healing fine apart from a few spitting stitches
for which he prescribed some anti biotic cream
( my body hates dissolvables had probs before )
so anyway I'm so happy with pert but natural shape
and size ( currently wearing 32dd sports bra )
BUT I am gutted about puckering around my areoles
I look like a bloody homemade pie lol
any girls know when this starts to subside?
I'm massaging like hell on the advice if surgeon lol
but not seeing much of a difference yet
I thought u only got puckering with Bellini lift
not full anchor? Which is what I had
thanks ladies :-) XXXXXXX

Re: Pucker of a problem !!! Lol
Hey sweetness.... I had a little puckering around the areola too, it settled around 6 months post-op. Using cica-care silicone gel sheets helped flatten them loads, but you shouldn't use these until you get the OK from your surgeon hun. I have been using them from 3 months post-op and it took around a further 3 months for me to start seeing results. xx
Re: Pucker of a problem !!! Lol
I had really bad puckering around the areola and also down the vertical scar line so know just how you feel hun xx
Cookie has given some great advice, and I think 6 months is about right for it to flatten out completely, the main thing is it will flatten with time sweety xx try to be patient xx

Re: Pucker of a problem !!! Lol
Thanks ladies seems like two and a half weeks
is still early doors :-)
cookie I will mention the scar sheets to my surgeon
when I go to see him for my 6 week check
it's really annoying I'm massaging them
like mad hoping for a miracle overnight lol
but like you say it takes time to settle down
I just hope it does... Couldn't bear to go thru
a scar revision I've had enough surgery to last
me a life time! Lol XXXXXXXX

Can only agree with Kay and cookie hun, the puckering does settle down with time, so just have patience, you'll get there. xxx

Yes hun, I did have puckering, I found mine settled down by about 8 weeks. Just give it time, it's still very early days yet.

Thanks kittie darlin!!!
Hope your recovering well too
Time as they say is a great healer :-)
just I'm impatient and want to start enjoying them
now and showing em off lol
suppose I've got a lifetime for that
I was really suprised how natural they
look even with full uplift I was so scared before
surgery but so glad I went ahead now
will get some pics up when I can wear
nice bras and my scars improve :-) xxxx

Re: Pucker of a problem !!! Lol
I know what you mean about being impatient. I can't wait to be able to get them into a proper bra and show them off! I'm healing pretty well and they seem to be settling down nicely. Very impressed with the scars actually. Tempted to give my lovely surgeon a big kiss when I see him!

Re: Pucker of a problem !!! Lol
hey hunny they look fab bet your really pleased, i have a few pics on my camera but havent got them on a page yet ill have a look at getting them on picture trail, when i get it sorted ill let you know and you can have a peek.......you have been lucky with the pain hey, im still bruised feeling inside, does it feel weird going from a j to a dd? im measuring 34f ....yay!!!!......but still want to wear padded bras as they dont look that big to me lol, prob is finding a nice one that fits well, my surgeon in the end done more of a lollypop lift as my down scar doesnt meet the other one by about an inch, which is fab as my underneathone is really small.......anyway you will see all this when i get my page of pics sorted......reallyappreciate you showing me and i must say you have a fab figure, dont expect to see that flat looking stomach on mine....lol (2x children later!!)....ill keep you posted hunny xx
