Bra problem!
I thought my bra was fitting well, but when I took it off last night I had red marks where the underwire stops under my arms. I didn't think much of it, but the marks must be quite bad because they're still there this morning. Am I wearing the wrong size or is it the wrong style of bra for me? It's a normal plunge bra. I only have two underwired bras so far, and they're both the same style, so I can't test others at the moment. Any advice?! Xx

Re: Bra problem!
It does sound as you suggested like it's the wrong size for you babe, you should be able to wear plunge bras now babe.
If you were fitted into these bras, I'd take them back to the shop hun, tell them of the pain you're experiencing and trusted the opinion of the fitter.
They 'should' refund or offer to replace the bras giving you another fitting and the correct bra size sweetness. xx

Thanks Cookie. Unfortunately I wasn't fitted for them, I just worked my size out myself using trial and error. Sounds like this may be another error! They were fine until yesterday, maybe I've fluffed a bit? I'll try and go for a proper fitting at the weekend. Xx

Re: Bra problem!
I really would recommend for your 'first' bras at least that you have a proper fitting sweetie. xxx
Re: Bra problem!
I'm just worried they'll tell me I'm a 30B, which is what I measure using the 'old method', even though I know it's too small for me! Hope I get someone who knows what they're doing! Xx

Re: Bra problem!
Is there a Bravissimo near you?
They or any other specialist lingerie shop would be your very best place to have your first fitting hun. You can always call them and make an appointment that's convenient to yourself and they'll spend a lot of time with you to ensure you get the bra that fits, if you have to travel a little, it's worth it hun. If you don't have anything like that near you, then a Debenhams or a M&S would be the next best, explain to them the problem you're having with the bra you're wearing and they'll help you hun.
I doubt VERY much from your avatar that you're a 30 'B' sweetie, so stop worrying! and remember, your BA is not about the label in the bra, it's about you being happy with your 'look'!

wouldnt that make you a 26DD or 26E then in modern measuring?
Id consider trying to find a cup size to fit and possibly getting the backs altered

Re: Bra problem!
I wear a 28 on the loosest hook now, think I'll suffocate in a 26!
