Are you still on painkillers hun? I used to feel like this in the morning when I had taken Tramadol before bed. Not sure how easy to split cuts but would assume you would see blood on dressings if you had. Just take it easy.

Yup, the stomach pain and nausea will be caused by the strong painkillers, some of us are quite sensitive to them, especially if they contain codiene (I was too) if you can reduce those or better still stop taking the strong ones and just use paracetamol you'll start feeling better very soon.
I'm not sure either how easy it would be to spit your stitches, but I would avoid stretching for sure!
If you need anything you have to stretch for, ask someone to help you, or if you're alone throughout the day, ask someone to get what you might need before they leave the house and have everything you need set at a level where you don't need to stretch.
I know not being able to do alot early post-op can often be an inconvenience but you really should look after yourself hun and take advantage of the rest babe. xx

Thanks for those replies but forgot to mention, i'm not on any pain killers at all.
Obviously had some while in hospital but not had anything stronge since wednesday morning just before i left.
Just been on paracetamol and ibuprofen, didn't even have any of them yesterday as no pain what so ever.
Just a not so attactive big belly, looks like i'm pregnant now with the big belly and the big swollen belly lol , should be feeling sexy !!!!

If you haven't been able to 'go' that would explain the big swollen belly. I have problems with that and being bunged up can often make me feel a bit sick and could also be causing your pain. If that's the problem try taking a laxative, like Senokot, you might have to take it for a few days but they do eventually work.
