Any tips on how to relieve the tingling / stinging Empty Any tips on how to relieve the tingling / stinging

Hello

As you can probably see from my posts yesterday I think my nerves are begining to knit back together which making my boobs constantly sting and tingle. I have been taking pain killers but it doesn't really work. Is there anything else I can try?

I started to worry last night thinking I was getting an infection as one was worse than the other, now today they are both the same and I don't have any red marks and incisions look fine. I have noticed I have more bruising than I thought I did on the top of my boobs, before yesterday they were so numb i couldn't feel any of the swelling or bruising.

I heard someone say icepacks can help with pain from nerves. Or maybe try a combination of icepacks and painkillers.

Yeh I know exactly what you mean - I've been having the same feeling too. Sunburn, or been attacked with sandpaper lol. Starting to ease a little today... no tips I'm afraid, but at least it's a good sign.
