Getting measured...
Ok, my impatience is completely getting the better of me and I'm really thinking about going to get measured today... what's the worst that could happen?
Scars are completely closed and very neat, so I'm not concerned about that.
I don't plan to buy a bra today because I know they'll prob change, but I'm soooo curious to know what size I am!
Did anyone else cheat and go get measured early?
Mx

Re: Getting measured...
Hi minxie
I have been getting the old tape measure out the last few days and using one of those size calculators online. However they are all different o e said I was a 34 b which was my pre ba size! Lol!

Re: Getting measured...
I didn't want to get a measurement that would probably change later on, so I waited impatiently but I waited LOL for my surgeon to give me the all clear after all swelling had gone and my boobs were settled, I was 12 weeks post-op.
Had I been measured at 3 weeks post-op I'd have been a 36DD too, I'm now a 32F.
Here's a quote on what James McDiarmid said about wearing underwires too -

1. so you buy the right size - you will be swollen until several weeks have passed after your surgery.
2. to avoid irritation of an inframammary fold incision.

Re: Getting measured...
Yeh, I didn't do it for the purpose of buying a bra, purely just to satisfy my curiosity. I know they'll change over the next few weeks and probably end up bigger, but it was still nice to hear the words :)
I done some window shopping tho... but resisted.
