Re: October Buddies!
Thanks Emma. I guess I have to keep on reminding myself that I am doing this for me and that it doesn't matter what anyone else thinks. All in all, my friends have been really supportive and you guys have been amazing. I'm so glad I found this forum. Charlie, I know what you mean about questioning things - I've been having dreams about my boobs all night last night, having nightmares about them exploding, yuck!
Btw, is any of you having your BA with Transform? x

I'm going with MYA but Transform was my second choice.
Emmy - time isn't going quick enough for my liking!! lol!! I know it's not really all that long to wait - I will try to be patient! x
Trudster - So your boobies are getting bigger...woo hoo!! Are they starting to drop a little already? x

Hi Abbey - I am personally NOT having tear drop implants but I am having a size close to yours (460cc) with MYA this month. What size are you now? what's your stats?

A friend of mine had 460cc teardrops in 4 years ago and she is the friend who inspired me to get mine done... hers are just fab!!!!!!
I am taller than her so she is who motivated me to go bigger than her because hers look so good.
I am day 5 post op and ended up with 540's and love them!!!!!

Re: October Buddies!
OK the nerves are kicking in! Go to see the anaesthetist tomorrow to have a chat, about what I don't really know?
Only one more weekend without boobies
One twin has gastro, no doubt the other one will get it. Other son goes back to school tomorrow and is complaining of an ear ache, mum arrives in little over a week. I'm worried that my whole plan is starting to fall apart....
ROLL ON THE 21ST!!!

Re: October Buddies!
AJ - it does feel so hectic with kids leading up to the op I felt like there was a million things to do and it would just not ever work out... but it does and I think we always expect it to be worse... I am sure in 10 days the kids will b fine again.... and post op hopefully you can take the time (like me) to have a little recovery holiday while your mom minds the kiddies!
Blondie- I am happy to hear everything is doing so well! I get to have my 1st shower today!!! woo hoo! We will feel like new women!

Re: October Buddies!
Had a nice chat with the anaesthetist this morning. As I'm due at hospital at 6.30am he said he would expect to see me in the OR by 7.45am and I'll be first one in - YEAH. He said it will take between 1 and 1.5hrs and as my PS is a perfectionist he said it may take longer. (Nice to know he's a perfectionist!) Apparently he operates on a mechanical table so he can move me up and down to get them just right
Then spent 3 hours at the Childrens hospital getting daughter rehydrated, the gastro has taken it's toll on the poor thing. But home now and just hoping nobody else gets it!
Jene - can't believe it's 11 days post op for you - how time flys hope you are doing well!
Sarah - you're right as mums and wife's we always worry about everything, as like you I do everything around here and the last thing I need is another spanner in the works!!!!

Re: October Buddies!
AJ Its always a good thing if your PS is a perfectionist. Not sure how long i was in the OR for but i was put under at 8:30 and I remember waking up in recovery at 10:15 so im guessing i was in there for about 1.5 hours.
Oh poor little thing i hope she's ok.
I know its gone so quickly now im just hanging for the 6 week mark so i can feel normal again.
Only 9 days to go for you how exciting,

AJ - your into single digits now woo hoo!!!! I am sorry to hear you had to pay a visit to the hospital with your daughter, how is she today??
Jene - You sound nice and upbeat!! It's almost 2 weeks since your op WTF!!!!! where the hell has that time gone? I am sat here literally with my mouth hanging open, it seems like literally a couple of days ago you had your op!! I am ok stll 18 days to go for me so major nerves not really kicking in yet, I am just getting all confused about sizes at the moment. Basically my HEAD says 460cc's but my HEART is saying 525cc's! I am thinking I would rather be bigger than smaller but then what if they were too big, like stupidly huge! I am getting annoyed at myself for feeling this way!

Im sure time will fly for you everything seems to be coming and going so quickly.
Have another talk to your PS i asked to go as big as i could without looking fake and he has done that to a tee so glad i left it in his hands at the end i got just what i wanted. Don’t be annoyed with yourself.

Re: October Buddies!
Thanks Jene. I have already met with my surgeon again to discuss sizes and he thinks that the 460's are big enough for me. In his opinion he feels the 525's will take on a 'fake' appearance as I don't have much breast tissue, I used to be a fairly good sized B before my first BA but I guess having 2 children has reduced my breast tissue more than I thought!? so I must be more like an A cup now? There is only 65cc in it...so not a lot either way!

Hey Charlie - she's still not good, but it comes in waves now. One minute chirpy the next pale and flat. It's day 4 now and having had gastro several weeks ago it wasn't until day 5 I started to feel better. So fingers crossed she's on the mend from tomorrow. Thanks for asking BTW
8 more sleeps - AHHHHHHHHH!!! So excited

Hi Josephine,
Mine's on the 21st and can't wait. Luckily I've been really busy lately so haven't had much time to think about it but I'm VERY excited. What are your stats and what size implant are you having?

Your welcome. It's heartbreaking when your kids are ill. I hope she is recovering with each day that passes, I had the tummy flu when I was breastfeeding and that was one of the worst weeks of my life, have NEVER been that ill EVER!!!
The time is just whizzing by now AJ....you'll be getting those new boobies really soon!!!! :cheerlead: :cheerlead: :cheerlead:
